Useless without the terrine
Useless without the terrine, which went out of production AFTER they sent me the press, and did not then answer my correspondence in trying to send it back.

et bien c'est très utiles quand on prend la terrine qui va avec, ça permet d'avoir un résultat uniforme. je l'ai aussi utiliser pour d'autres terrines, mais c'était un peu moins adapté

Ce produit est tout simplement trop léger pour être un presse-foie gras. En plus le plastique est en contact d un aliment chaud ce qui est fortement déconseillé!... Le mien, je l ai tout simplement jeter et j ai acheté une terrine avec presse en céramique.

une pression régulière
Acheté en même temps que la terrine, ce couvercle est super pratique.Je m'en suis servi pour finir de tasser le foie cru dans la terrine, puis une fois cuit pour bien égaliser le dessus.Résultat impeccable.Je recommande cet accessoire.
