A pain relief with a fantastic scent
I found this a few years back when I was in the US. It is handy because it cools the head and the smells is soothing if ypu are nauseous at all. A must along with ibuprofen. It helps release the tension in the neck, shoulders, and when rubbed on the temples, it releases pressure behind the eyes.

Compact bottle, but smells really strong, so best to use this only while at home. Didn't really work the first time i used it, however breathing in the menthol scent did take your mind off the migraine.

Gives a little relief in between pain reliever doses
The cool touch of metal ball along with soothing, cooling essential oils and magnesium helped with some of head pains. I had a head injury last year and it migraines more frequently because of it. I have to space out my medicine doses, so this roll on was a lifesaver in between doses. Since is drug free, you can use it along with your migraine medicine
