Pluses Easily DYI in just a few hours - Took hubby and son 2 hours. One person could do it but the roof would be hard. Instructions were easy to follow. It looks very nice. It has a really cute style. It is waterproof. The door can be latched. Latch is easy to use and works- with a place for an optional padlock. No funny odors. I expected it to smell like plastic but it didn't. Easily moved if empty. Holds a LOT of full totes stacked high. Negatives Not very secure - you can padlock it but the sides could be cut into with something sharp. It's light so it could blow away during storms here,. (When empty, filling it adds weight.) Vents could let bugs in. I needed a storage shed quickly and no one in my home town had anything! I ordered this on eBay and it was delivered and up in 3 days. My husband helped the guys take it off the truck and we moved it directly onto our truck. It comes in a very large box. Next, he took everything out and set it up by our privacy fence, and checked- everything was there. From that time to the time it was finished was about 2 hours. My son did help- it really helps to do the roof if you have 2 people. Now, it is like a corrugated plastic and it is light, but it looks very nice and while it was light when empty, it wasn't empty long-it's perfect for storing totes of stuff. It holds a lot if you stack them up tall. We checked it before putting anything in it, and it is waterproof. Now, know if someone wanted to get in it, they probably could with just a box cutter assuming they weren't too dumb. Also note, it has vents that are large enough to let roaches in. We put screen up on the inside over the vents to help prevent that. I think it was a good price at under $400 for that much storage that quick. We had thought that we would have someone build us a building, but around here that is easier to think of than to see done- I could not PAY someone to build a building on my hill. The fact that this is easily DIY goes a long way with me.

This seems to be a decent backyard storage shed. When I first opened the box and started pulling out pieces I wasn’t sure it would be sturdy enough. As my wife and I started putting it together I still wasn’t sure. To be honest, putting the first wall panels together was a pain in the butt and frustrating. It takes some patience and effort to get them together. It is definitely a two person job. Just be patient and take your time and follow the instructions and you can get it done. Once the walls were up and all screwed together I could see the shed would be sturdy enough. I was able to get the roof on by myself fairly easily. After that the door and window were easy. I used pavers for my base and they seem to be working for my purposes. I can see where a wood deck or concrete foundation would be better. For me, pavers work. Over all, if you don’t want to spend a lot on a shed, this one might work for you. Overall, I’m happy with it.

When we opened the box, I have to admit I felt pretty disappointed. The various panels feel, well, cheap and flimsy. I didn’t have much hope, but my wife and I decided to assemble it anyway, and I’m glad we did. The further along we got in the assembly, the stronger it felt. Each piece you put together adds rigidity and stability to the overall structure, and once you cap it off with the roof (which you really should have two people for) it’s shockingly strong. Lots of screws, every piece fits snugly into another (it includes a ‘spatula’ to use for prying on spots where getting a piece to slide into another is too difficult, and this proved to be an invaluable tool), and the wood-look texture looks nice to boot. The one area I didn’t feel as confident in was the floor, which is also plastic, but had a fair amount of give when I stepped in some places (mind you, I’m a 6’2” 250 pound guy). For strength, we built a 5’ X 8’ platform from pressure treated 2x4’s, and covered it with OSB, then painted the OSB. As I had enough left over, I cut the leftover OSB to fit the floor of the shed, laid it right on top of the plastic base, and screwed it to the platform with about 20 screws. It won’t be going anywhere any time soon, and that simple addition made the floor feel sturdy. We paid $499, and I think it was pretty well worth it.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION :) it is the best advice I can give. 1) STAY FAR FAR AWAY unless you’re a bit hands on because instructions are AWFUL (basically as useful as caveman paintings), screws, panels and hardware labeling is TERRIBLE (understandable manufacturer labels it s12rd x 16 for themselves but why not ADD a Sticker like A-1 or easier for the customer???) and THESE USUALLY are not handled and bend EASILY (packaging was completely broken). 2) Due to broken and mishandled packaging some parts were missing (window, vents and other part were probably left in the Enterprise truck it came in). 3) While late on the appointment the handler just kicked off the Enterprise truck??? It fell and hit a corner (bending most panels). Guy didn’t have a Dolly, unprepared company truck, So I lent him my dolly after taking a picture (wished I had videoed it though :-/!!!) 4) Don’t attempt this without power tools they’re NEEDED for the metal brackets on the doors. Luckily I had some. 5) As you can see on the pictures I started at 5ish and made progress until the ROOF FITMENT (mayor problem because of the circus clown hired by Enterprise). I had to use a long nose plier to kinda straighten it but the material is clearly weak. FLOORING CREEPS IN, I only weigh 170 and am 6ft tall and with every step barefooted I could feel the material caving around my feet. 6) On that note while wearing crocs, shorts and no-sleeve shirt, metal shavings were all over. Ended up with a bunch encrusted on my feet, arms and legs and even after showers and picking at them can still feel a few on my skin. Luckily none ended up in my eyes. 7) As per the picture that is a list of material still Needed for this Shed to begin to be sturdy, water sealed, useful and secured. 8) I don’t even think the cat liked it and probably the only one light enough to be able to walk on that floor without indenting the flooring material. 9) For the $400-$700 price tag it has carried around it is not Worth your time or money. It is made from Plastic bottle material however it is NOT HONEYCOMB it is more in the shape of Carboard. So the question is would you like a plastic cardboard shed that doesn’t include a plastic mallet, Phillips head adapter or even a cheap screwdriver, missing hardware, known for not being handled well in general with other reviews and reading a manual that makes you follow made up nonsense unless you’re a bit savvy on building?? And still make trips to the store after that?? 10) Right now it’s up sides are bent and Roof doesn’t align because of said bend. It is the flimsiest shed I’ve built. I recommend other brands and definitely don’t go for the 6x8 Double Doors One, that one’s is less manageable, weaker and a bigger headache… the reviews of the wind taring those apart are scary bad… 11) Would of loved to upload the video of the Handler kicking it off the truck if I had recorded and dragging it until I had to ask him to please stop dragging my package and that I’d be right back with my Dolly :-/ definitely the worst experience. It is recorded on my brain and the guy’s though… At first I was so surprised at the appointment and how professional it all was until that point… Then it all went downhill from there… and the nightmare began… 12) Definitely contacting Amazon and Seller in the am… Gotta try to go to sleep full of metal all over my skin I’ll give an update on my experience below… UPDATE: …

Great Shed! Once it's together it is plenty sturdy. It took me about 3 and 1/2 hours to assemble by my self. With and extra set of hands you could probably do it in 2. The directions included are pretty clear,but not very well worded. Mostly the pictures are the useful bit. If you can assemble flatpack furniture you can put this shed together. It fits my mower and snowthrower side by side in the back and all my other lawn tools. It will be a more usable space once I install some shelving. In assembly the most difficult part it attaching the roof which is a game of inches. I basically got one corner in place and fastened it then worked around the parimiter working it into place and fastening. It will take some patience. The other problem area to look out for is hanging the door. The pre drilled holes for the hinges do not match up very well and you will probalby need to drill new holes if you want your hinges to be strait. Even completely put together it is very light weight. A heavy wind could move it no problem, maybe even knock it over. You will want to attach it to the ground or make sure you put some heavy items in it. I would recommend it to a friend.

Well, the delivery was a joke. The first one I ordered was supposed to show up the next day. A truck arrived as I was waiting for it. They unloaded, and it wasn’t on the truck then Amazon told me it would be delivered the next day end of the day came where it was supposed to be arrived by and called and talked to somebody said oh yeah it’s all for delivery call back an hour after the time it was supposed to be here. It was told it was missing from the day before, they don’t know why they didn’t tell me to correct information then it took three days to get it replacement and honestly for the price it’s not worth it. it’s not a bad shed, but it’s made cheaply. I gave this one to try trying something different. I have a lot of sheds, but I definitely would stay away from this if you want something durable, have a go with Suncast for sure. The shed is definitely maybe only worth maybe tops $300 and a base floor inside is sheep beyond cheap. There’s no durability whatsoever in it. You put the wrong weight on it. It pops holes in it all other sheds that I have that are plastic have a lot stronger base so if you want it for light items, it’s small things then give it a try.

This took me and a friend 5 hours to put together. Its not a metal or wood shed and knowing that right up front helped me understand for the price, I got what I expected. The instructions are pretty good and could be better but we managed very well to get it put together. Sliding the panels from the top into place made it much easier. When all said and done, it looks great! This will be the new home for our bicycles and should work fine. Just know this is not a heavy shed so placement/ location is very important. No missing parts and there were extra screws.

Ordering and delivery was pretty straightforward; one of the shipping straps broke off during transit but the 3 others that were left held the huge box pretty much together. No missing or broken parts which seems to be a rarity according to the reviews. I knew the parts were corrugated but wasn't expecting how thin the walls were. All the sides of mine were bowed in slightly. The tiny piece of square tubing insert that is suppose to help secure the sides together and attached to the base is rather weak. Won't do a whole lot of good for long term strength & stability. IMHO; the base should have been a hard plastic like on the Factor shed, not this corrugated garbage. Only 2 screws are used to secure each side to this middle post and both are installed too high at the top which gets in the way of the roof install. Note that you will need to lower the screws a smidge so not to interfere with the roof install. Assembly was pretty straightforward for me, roof was also fairly easy to line up and securely fasten. The vents need screens, no biggie as I just bought nylon mesh for screen doors trimmed to fit. The insert for the door hinge and lock mechanism fasteners were way off. Had to move them around to kind of work. As an example, if using 5 screws to fasten a hinge, only 3 out of the 5 will make contact with the inserts...and that is barely making contact. Again, the slots are way off. I live out in the High Desert of Los Angeles and we have the occasional wind advisory up to 50 mph winds. Considering Keter is a Israeli company, they hopefully tested this product in their desert environment which I am sure is harsher than ours. Also need more screws to fasten the sides to the plastic frame. Although technically there were extras (in comparison to what is required according to the assembly manual) you folks need to include more. A quick trip to my local Lowes for some near identical stainless fasteners solved that problem for me. Although this shed will be located on concrete, I still went ahead and built a wood base utilizing treated 2x4s and plywood. I need this shed to last. (using it to store two 55 gallon water drums) Again, that corrugated floor is weak and lacking. Size is near perfect (a little off on the measurements) but if one really wants this size shed, suggest spending a little more and buy the Keter Factor instead. Keter Manor sheds are overpriced by at least $100; I can only imagine how really flimsy the larger version is.

Meet all expectations, this is the second shed I get, the first one I got it 8 years ago, and still look like new. The new one has an improve lock much better than the old one. The composite is great to reduce as much as possible condensation; you will not great it.

Good product, well designed and instructions easy enough to follow, I am very pleased with the completed build. Patience and a little more effort to fit some sections is needed, as is two people at the final stages of erecting sides and roof. I have always had a wooden shed, but on reflection I am glad to have chosen the plastic version with its favourable lack of regular maintenance, and this is very robust and will stand up to the wind and storms.

Took my husband and myself four hours to put it up. Definitely need two people especially when putting the roof on, its tricky , you slide one part on but the other side comes out. Felt like a losing battle so we slid a section on the screwed it in. That way it stayed put when getting the other side it. I find the floor flimsy. Other than that, a good shed, pleasant to the eye. One MAJOR FAULT is the hinges on the shed have exposed screws, so if someone wanted to break in ( to steal tools) then all they would need to do is : unscrew the hinges, regardless of the padlock . They should be hidden screws on the hinges.
