The stability of the temperature and humidity in this incubator is truly impressive. It's one of the most accurate models I've come across. The temperature remains within a mere 2 degrees of what's shown on the digital screen, and the humidity is maintained within a range of 1-3%. While it's not 100% precise compared to the digital readout, the deviation is so slight that it's unlikely to affect incubation or hatching.I tried several incubators with significant variability, but this one stands out for its accuracy. I particularly appreciate the auto-injecting water bottles that maintain stable humidity levels without manual intervention. This feature makes the incubation process much more manageable.Additionally, the egg turner works flawlessly, and the light is exceptionally bright and effective. I'm expecting an excellent hatch rate.

Just threw out all of my eggs :-( day 10 all dead. I could not get the temp to go higher than 98-99.6-even with the extra styrofoam cover. This was also in my house that is kept between 68-70 degree's. So very disappointed as one of those egg's was from a very special hen who only lays about one a month. They all started to develop when I checked on day 4, but it just wasn't warm enough. For anyone trying to figure out how to get the settings to show you the different bird choices you have to press the LIGHT BULB-not the settings button. I hope someone else has better luck. You get what you paid for.

I bought 2 and have successfully hatched babies from both!!!!!!!! Silkies and polish! These are easy to set up and accurate! I do wish yhe light was a little brighter, vut it does work!

Always going well I put my eggs in the incubator. And had it set. I must have pushed the wrong button because it changed from Fahrenheit to Celsius. I cannot figure out how to change it back to Fahrenheit. The user manual does not give you very much information. I've tried contacting the seller and it's impossible. Other than that I think the unit works well but it's very confusing to use. And I doubt I'm going to get any help with it.

The media could not be loaded.  With other incubators, you have to research how to hatch your eggs. For instance, research what temperature to use, add a hydrometer, mark your calendar to track the stages, etc. This incubator does all that for you. It has preset temps for different eggs. You just select the type egg you want and it sets it up. It tracks the days and it has an internal hydrometer. All this makes hatching easy.The manual, in addition to explaining the setup, has reference charts for the humidity and days. Everything is all laid out.The incubator works well, but I did have one problem. The arm that moves the turning tray fell off the motor and as a result my eggs weren't turned. I don't know how many days it was off because I never checked thinking that this machine was perfect. I put it back on and assumed it was a one off problem. However, after checking it daily, it fell off again. Maybe my duck eggs were too heavy for the arm to move and it worked itself loose.Overall, I love the machine, but I know that I have to be diligent in checking that the turning arm is functioning.

The gear that moves the tray to turn eggs broke the first day..very cheap! Fixed it with copper wire but lost the 1st set of eggs. Too difficult to keep the humidity up. Does not work consistently!!

I purchased 2 of these incubators in May of this year and had to return one of them because the part that spins the eggs broke / cracked because it's plastic. I am now having same problem with the 2nd incubator. It doesn't spin the eggs and I can't do it by hand every 2 hrs. I contacted the seller via email 2 days ago because it's the only way to contact them and as of today still no response. I also reported this issue to Amazon.
