This product was in its container sitting on my bathroom counter next to my Dario diabetic device, as well as my toothbrush and toothpaste. My device as well as toothbrush started eroding as I noticed it looked like there was a film being created, and when I tried to remove it and scrape it off with my finger, the plastic came off. Definitely something going on with the ingredients in this that it would damage surrounding items where it is stored. Tried to return it and after 10 days saying they will not return it. Very strange. Be careful with this product.

I like taking it before I go to the gym. I felt it gave me extra energy and helped me sleep better. The resin tastes good when mixed with water or under the tongue. My only complaint is that when I first opened it, the resin was around the screw cap, partially dried making it difficult to open and screw closed. Needs better container design. Will buy again.

I'm no expert. But every other brand of shilijit I've tried tastes horrible, but gives me energy, metabolism, etc... This tastes good, but I feel like I wasn't getting the benefits. Almost as if they replaced a lot of the main ingredients to fix the taste. The texture and thickness was also way different compared to other brands I've tried. Which makes me worry if they added needless ingredients in here.If you're looking for the health benefits, I'd look elsewhere just my personal opinion.

It was over all good I must say. I had no problems taking it at all. The test was not bad at all. It appeared to be of good quality. I did get a bust of energy but nothing major.

I’ve only had this for about a week, thus the 4 star review. So far I do feel that it has helped me overall regarding my energy level. I don’t mind the flavor at all, and it’s easy to dissolve in warm water first thing in the morning.I’m excited to see if I see more changes over some more time! But, so far so good!
