Not a perfect health tracking device, but does what it needs to well at its price point
I've had mine for about a month now and unlike the last smart watch I purchased, I'm still wearing it. It's smaller than most smart watches and doesn't look obnoxious. It has what I would consider a very clean appearance. What it does vs. what I expected it to do: It doesn't do 'continuous' heart rate monitoring. The shortest interval you can set in the app is five minutes, so if you're looking for something that can perform as a wearable ECG, you'll need to look elsewhere. Also, though I find the app pretty good overall for a Chinese electronics device, there is no way as far as I can determine to export any of the health data. You just have pretty graphs or charts to look at inside the app. Since everything above seems more on the negative than positive side I'll go ahead with the device's other caveat--I do not have any faith in the accuracy of the blood oxygen sensor. It always returns 97-99 for me (usually 98-99). My finger meter is usually 94-95. That being said, I do believe the heart rate sensor and the blood pressure sensor are both pretty accurate. My blood pressure generally runs from baseline normal (120/80) to upper end of normal (140/90) and this device consistently reports as such and rises and dips based on how much stress I'm putting on myself. Oh, also the pedometer is probably as accurate as virtually any other wearable device you can get. I've counted off and checked against it a few times and it's accuracy is always in the upper 90 percentile range. The battery life is great. I switched it to not wake the display unless I press the button and I've charged it once (a few days ago) in the past three weeks, and that is with the five minute heart rate monitor option. Overall five stars for the value of this device. Great looks, great battery life, mostly good sensor performance, and an easy enough app to use though I hope they continue improving it and give us an option to export data in the future.

Awesome Smartwatch!
I'm 49, this is the first smartwatch i've ever owned. I specifically bought this watch to monitor my blood pressure and other vitals. The watch is performing great. It was easy to set-up, easy to link to my Iphone. You can actually customize the watch and all the settings after downloading the app, all the changes take effect on the watch. Screen display is great, touch screen great, multiple formats to choose from. Watch feels solidly built with a very comfortable soft touch band. For what I paid, options this watch offers compared to other smart watches on the market this is a no brainer. I'd recommend this watch to friends and family. My wife and 17 year old daughter want one now and they're Apple fanatics. Someone commented that this watch doesn't keep track of your hear rate all day, it does in fact, you have to adjust the frequency under setting on the app on phone. I have mine set to check every 2 minutes all day and the HR is in fact displayed. Also, make sure you have the right face selected that shows heart rate. Accuracy of the blood pressure is in line with my home monitor, so it does work. It records all readings in a chart on the phone app, this is helpful for doctor visits.

mostly good for this one
Just got this a few days ago and here are some observations: The BP is not accurate, it is way lower than a BP pressure cuff reading but then it is hard to believe any fitwatch can truly measure BP. The heart rate is fine, sleep estimate is good, the number of steps is good enuf, oxygen saturation is almost dead on a finger monitor. It has survived being immersed in water to very shallow depth. Overall for the price point it is a keeper. Cons: The watch band is short so for those will big wrists measure to be sure this will fit.. I have a smallish wrist and I am one inch from the end of the band.. My biggest con is that it is like working thru a maze during set up to avoid getting sucked into a credit card monthly fee for monitoring etc. Some may want that but I don't and it was forever to work around the constant "enter your credit card" steps in the set up. Once done no problem it easily hooked up to my phone where I could change setting like 24 hr time, size wt, and most important is step length before I set that the default had me at half a mile just walking around the gym so if you want accurate distance you have to set it for your step lenght. Over all I am pleased with this "fitbitish" watch and a reasonable price point. I will update this if problems occur.

You Get What You Pay For: Short-Lived and Overheated
At first, I was impressed with this product, especially considering the low price. It seemed like a great value and performed well during the first few weeks of use. However, within about two months, its quality and durability became apparent. It started overheating during use, to the point where it became uncomfortable and even burned my skin. Shortly afterward, it stopped charging altogether and eventually stopped working completely. While the affordable price was appealing, the product's short lifespan and performance issues made it a disappointing purchase. Unfortunately, I would not buy it again.

Performance at an Excellent Price
Decided upon reviews to purchase two of these watches, one to replace my worn out Fitbit and one to replace the wife's failing Fitbit. Our Fitbits were basic models so the new watches had better graphics and features. They are more logical to use as well. My wife is tech-challenged and she can already use her new watch better than she ever could use her Fitbit. We are older people and wanted the watches for the medical measurements - heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen content. The readings seem to be accurate and the heart rate monitor was able to interpret my arythmia better than most electronic measures. I work out regularly and the watch gives me the information I need. When hiking, the steps and distance tend to agree with marked distances on the trails. Overall, we are pleased with these watches and use them all the time. We are now becoming more familiar with the Da Fit app. We like the sleep analysis and use the trends stay on track. Would definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic value for the cost & excellent customer service
This is the first fitness watch I have purchased. My needs are basic, wanted to track steps, calories, BP and heart rate. This watch has not disappointed. The ability to get phone calls and text messages were a bonus and the device connects to many other messaging or call devices as well. The watch was very easy to set up with the Da Fit app. Heart rate, BP and oxygen levels are very close to those recorded on other at home devices I use. Upon opening the package (received as a gift) there was a card that directed to register the product within 7 days for a lifetime warranty and 2 free watch bands. Slight dilemma, the watch wasn't delivered until 5 days after purchase, and wasn't given to me (as a gift) until nearly 2 weeks after purchase. I took a chance and emailed the seller explaining this. Customer service has been fantastic. They replied within 24 hours, honoring the lifetime warranty, letting me select 2 replacement bands (from a wide selection) and gave me an extra charging cord. You just don't expect or typically receive this type of service these days. I am delighted with the product itself as well as the customer service experience. Highly recommend this product for the price, ease of set up and customer service.

OK, not great. Some features are good, some not so good, some frustrating.
I purchased a Fitbit Charge 5 over 3 years ago for about $140 and the battery started to go. Since I didn’t purchase it from Fitbit they would not do anything about it. A Fitbit Charge 6 is about $150 and I didn’t want to spend that much on something with a 3 year life, so I looked for a more moderately priced option and decided on this one. One feature I was looking for was blood pressure. The other important item was tracking my workouts. Here are the good features: heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, distance, and miles all seem to work well. It allows you to set your stride so steps is better than Fitbit. Here are the not so good features: Blood pressure, systolic seems to be 30 points low and diastolic seems to be 20 points low. I’ve compared to my own blood pressure cuff monitor and during a clinic visit. If it is consistent I just add 30 and 20 to get an idea of blood pressure. Not great, but it is better than nothing. Sleep tracker does not track when I’m awake. As with any sleep tracker, not sure how to measure how accurate it is. Here is the frustrating feature: fitness tracker. Although is states it tracks many types of workouts, there are 3 different readouts it gives: : (time, BPM, calories); (time, BPM, calories, steps); (time, BPM, calories, steps, miles). You can’t manage exercise list. I would like to just have those that I use. Would like to remove from or re-order list. I checked with customer service and that is not an option. Here is the most frustrating part. I’ve had about 20% of the times that I picked elliptical, but it picked baseball which is the one above. Once it starts it doesn’t list what you’ve picked, so you don’t know it’s the wrong one until your done. It looks like how it calculates calories is different based on what you picked. When I did an elliptical workout but had baseball selected, my baseball calories were 115, my typical elliptical calories are about 230. Not sure I agree with that, the calories you burn should be the same. Knowing what I know now about this watch, I would not recommend it and would not have bought it. I am returning it and will look for something else. It is too bad, with a couple of fixes it could be a good watch.
