This Samsung 20,000mAh power bank is perfect for travel and evry day use. My son took it on his 2-week trip and it kept all his devices charged the entire time. It easily powered his phone multiple times a day, plus his tablet and headphones, with power to spare. It’s surprisingly compact for the capacity, has fast charging, and the build quality feels solid. Really reliable and we’re super happy with this power pack. A must-have for any trip.

I haven't had it long but so far it is excellent, holds its charge very good, enough i think for 3 full charges.

Works as described. I can super fast charge a Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22+. I used my own, longer, cable since the one supplied is a little short.

Excellent! fast charging although it's quite heavy but that's not a problem at all. I am happy and well satisfied. I always carry it when I'm going out or even I go to work, I don't have to worry about my battery running out because it charges very quickly. I wouldn't be ashamed to recommend to other acquaintances or to my friends.

I bought this product because of the features mentioned, which I’ll note at the end. However, I wasn’t familiar with the terminology, and I assumed that when it said “USB,” it referred to the standard large end. In fact, it’s the small end, and the cable is only about 9 inches long. That means I’d need to buy new cables if I were to keep using it. All my other cables and power banks use the larger USB type, so I didn’t want to start juggling multiple cable types and connections. Aside from that, it’s great. I like that it automatically powers and charges devices as soon as you plug them in, unlike other power banks where you have to press a button. I also appreciate being able to see the power level at the top, so I can check it quickly without hunting for lights when I’m out and about. Just to clarify, it uses the small USB-C ends, not the standard large USB style. Overall, I like it, but the short cable and different connection type are the only downsides.

A fantastic simple bit of kit it holds its charge brilliantly dispensing power to my phone and kindle and bone conductor headphones quickly and without issue needless to say not everything I have charged with this is of samsung origin so no issue with charging other brands . I shall definitely get one for the wife and others in my circle . Great value for money . And easy to carry when on the move .

Purchased to provide power while on a tour abroad I found it excellent. Taking lots of photos drained my phone in short order but this quickly recharged my Samsung S25 when back on the coach. I'll be taking it on all my holidays in future!

La finition est propre, le produit inspire confiance et fonctionne parfaitement pour recharger un téléphone au quotidien ou en déplacement. Elle est un peu lourde, mais c’est compréhensible vu la capacité de 20 000 mAh. En contrepartie, l’autonomie est vraiment confortable et permet plusieurs recharges sans problème. Le chargement est stable et l’utilisation reste simple. Très bon produit si l’on cherche une batterie externe fiable avec une bonne capacité. Je recommande.

Besonders die Schnellladefunktion hat mich überzeugt – mein Smartphone ist in kurzer Zeit wieder einsatzbereit und selbst mein Tablet lässt sich problemlos und schnell laden. Das ist unterwegs oder auf Reisen extrem praktisch. Die Kapazität reicht locker für mehrere Ladungen, sodass ich mir keine Gedanken machen muss, ob der Akku durch den Tag kommt. Die Powerbank fühlt sich hochwertig an und macht insgesamt einen sehr soliden Eindruck. Klar, sie ist etwas schwerer, aber das nehme ich für die Leistung und die Zuverlässigkeit gerne in Kauf. Auch das Aufladen der Powerbank selbst geht angenehm schnell, was im Alltag ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Für mich ist sie mittlerweile ein fester Begleiter im Rucksack. Fazit: Eine starke, verlässliche Powerbank mit viel Leistung – ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.
