Got this mostly for the skin elasticity and hair loss. It seems to be working. The hairless has slowed down and skin does.seem a bit more firm. It's not too big of a capsule to swallow and doesn't have much of a taste. So far pretty satisfied

I ordered the Designs for Health H-S-N Radiance supplement for my wife, whose been taking them for about 10-days. I asked her to comment on whether she had noticed any positive changes that she could attribute to the supplement.She said that yes, there was a noticeable change in her nail growth. She usually has a hard time getting her nails to grow out, but that lately they were; and stronger. Also, for my part, I had just that day complimented her on how fresh and clear her skin looked.Discerning the subtle effects of natural supplements can be a challenge, however, these positive changes certainly seem to coincide with the use of the H-S-N Radiance supplement. In addition, we’re disciplined about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, so any new supplement we add will typically be evident.The Radiance supplement is delivered in capsule form. The suggested dosage is two capsules per day, so the included 60 capsules represent a 30-day supply. Designs for Health states that their supplements are manufactured in the USA at a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Facility. They further state that their supplements are the “#1 practitioner brand recommended by functional medical professionals,” meaning a brand that is sold by health care professional in their office.

Firstly, this product *probably* contains caffeine. I don't see it mentioned anywhere on the bottle or in the product description, but coffee extract is part of the proprietary "Dermaval Blend". For this reason, I take this in the morning or at lunchtime.I have no doubt that when I take this H-S-N Radiance supplement, I am receiving a generous dose of Biotin along with antioxidants, macro and micronutrients that nourish my skin, hair and nails. Antioxidants are known to prevent free radicals from damaging cells, so I expect this supplement to reduce signs of aging and keep my skin looking young and healthy. Since I don't have a twin brother who doesn't take supplements, I can't compare the look of my skin with a control subject; but I can say that I feel better taking H-S-N Radiance than taking Biotin alone.As for the physical product itself, I appreciate that it comes in a glass bottle instead of plastic and it is opaque to protect the contents from sunlight (sunlight exposure can cause the ingredients to degrade). There is almost no scent, and the capsules have no taste and are easy to swallow.

This is a very nice supplement for hair. I've tried quite a few. This one has 2500mg of Biotin which you'll find in most hair supplements. I think this is a good amount. Plus is has a proprietary blend of other ingredients including keratin which is the foundation for hair, albeit there's no empirical evidence that ingesting keratin improves you hair, there's some research in it favor. Nevertheless, since I've been taking, I have noticed less hair shedding. My nails have also improved. It's definitely doing something. It's also not caused me any side effects whatsoever. So I'll keep on taking it I will say that it's a bit expensive for a 30 day supply but if it works and is less than some topicals and other competitor products, I'll keep taking it.

Amazon doesn't like you to make claims for supplements because, well, supplements are not FDA regulated and we all know the FDA NEVER makes mistakes about products or takes any bribes. They are as pure as the Big Pharma products they promote.So, I will not make ANY claims about this product. I WILL NOT say that taking HSN Radiance will improve your skin and give you hair like Farah Fawcett or Jennifer Aniston. I will NOT say that this is pretty effective at making my skin more supple and smooth.I won't say any of this because I can't. The AI algorithm is watching me. Always watching...

I’m familiar with the Designs for Health brand and my family and I have used other supplements from them in the past at the recommendation of our functional medicine physician. I’m a menopausal woman in my 50s and have noticed changes in my skin and hair over the past couple of years - mostly that both are much drier and my hair/nails much more brittle. While I take collagen daily for my skin, I have been looking for something especially for my hair. I started taking these supplements daily over the past 2-3 weeks. I’ve noticed that my hair seems smoother and not so dry on the ends and my nails seem to be growing faster and are less brittle. I’ll continue using these capsules and see how things have improved at the end of my first full month. So far I am pleased.
