I bought this as a replacement for my "Prolite"riding support belt which I had mislaid.I found this a very good alternative. Light, supportive and unobtrusive.I would recommend buying a size smaller if you want to have a pinched in at the waist effect.

the sizing made the waist trainer too small

I had high hopes for this trainer belt, however it's just too small for me.It does stretch but then doesn't hold closed and rips off of me.I'm sure if it was just a bit larger or if I was a bit smaller :( It would be ideal, but sadly it just would stay on me long enough for me to truly be able to try it out.When I lose some weight I'll give it a go then and let you know how it went.
