Great oat milk - don't forget to shake it
I like the balance of this oat milk. It's better than the competition (and some house-made oat milk I've tried). If you don't shake well before pouring in a steamer or serving volume, you're going to have a bad time. The flavor is great, the branding is fine, and the value is good. Leaving this review because nothing lasts forever. But I hope this lasts a while.

Organic version froths MUCH better!
I was excited to get a barista-level oat milk with fewer unpronounceable ingredients than other brands. Oddly, I first bought the non-organic Minor Figures and found that it did not froth at all, even after an extended session with my high-powered rechargeable milk frother. But the organic version froths great. It may take 30 seconds longer than other brands I've used, but I'm happy to wait if it means getting a great latte with simpler ingredients. I have no idea why the organic version froths so much more vigorously - organic oats are fluffier? ; ) - but I prefer to eat organic if I can, so I'll take it.

Don't get the lite one. It's weird

Great product awful seller
In my humble opinion this is the best oat milk on the market and an added bonus itโs organic which I typically prefer to buy. The problem is with the seller who obviously has a little scam going - advertise 6 x 32oz cartons for $28 and only send one with no refund or return available. I was hesitant to buy this after reading similar complaints but went ahead. I contacted Amazon about this and they made it right by refunding me even though they didnโt have to. I emphasized the fact the seller is not sending what they advertised giving Amazon a bad name and that they need to take disciplinary action against the seller or kick them off the site altogether. They assured me that they will take action.

Taste was fine, a little thin
I liked it but this brand also uses calcium as an additive and I was wanting to get away from that so switched to a different brand. Otherwise the taste and texture was acceptable for use in my tea which is the main use I have for oat milk.
