Your can't read the name without zooming in I ordered this with my late son's name to hold a crystal for him and I was so disappointed that I could not see the name at all. It's so tiny. Don't have anything sentimental ordered because it's disappointing 😞 AMAZON REFUNDED MY MONEY ADD THE SELLER REFUSED AND ONLY OFFERED 20%. THIS IS NOT ACTUAL ENGRAVING.

UPDATE: 24 hours after my review was posted the company reached out to me and offered a free replacement and allowed me to keep the other necklace. They were super friendly and I love that they. reached out to ensure my satisfaction. I’ve upped my review from 2 to 5 stars! Apparently this item isn’t returnable. Which is unfortunate because the necklace is much shorter than I expected. Very disappointed.
