Audio quality and output is great!
The audio quality and output is great but the size is a bit big so after an hour it tends to come out of the ear, still need to figure out how to fix that. No other problems as of now!

Unimaginably wonderful
This device has exceeded my expectations by far. I got it for my 84-year-old father, who could barely hear, but he hears us all very well and clearly after using this device. Balson Hearing aid noisy and not comfortable to ear
This hearing aid is continously making noise being picked from external . This also not suiting to my mother ear as it is giving discomfort. Kindly return and refund the money .
