Good product I highly recommend

Before this it was just creatine from optimum nutrition which tasted as expected but this is so smooth and nice, almost slightly sweet lol It dissolves so smooth you can mix it with water in your mouth lol The scoop is a nice 5g too which is nice and it even came with whey and pre workout samples!

Useful to take daily for the muscles and gut microbiome

I’ve been taking this L-Glutamine powder for about five days now. So far, I don’t feel much difference yet, but I think it’s still too early to properly assess the results. I started using it mainly for gut support, and I’ll update my review if I notice any improvement. On the positive side, I’ve had no issues with my stomach so far, which is reassuring. The powder mixes quite well, especially in water or juice, and being unflavoured makes it easy to add to my daily routine. The tub includes a scoop, which is very convenient for measuring each serving. At 500g and 100 servings, it’s also good value for the amount you get.
