I’ve been using the Applied Nutrition L Glutamine Powder for a while now and have been really happy with it. The powder is very fine and mixes easily with water or a protein shake without leaving lots of lumps or a gritty texture. The unflavoured version is particularly useful as it can be added to other drinks without noticeably changing the taste. I mainly use it alongside my usual supplements after training and it’s really easy to incorporate into my daily routine. One of the biggest positives is how long the tub lasts. I’ve been using mine regularly and it has lasted me nearly three months, so I think it represents really good value for money compared with some other supplements. Obviously, supplements aren’t going to produce dramatic results overnight, but as an L-Glutamine product it does exactly what I was looking for. Overall, it’s a good-quality product, easy to use, mixes well and lasts a decent amount of time. I’d happily buy it again.

This is the best one on amazon without a doubt. Many benefits but let me tell you the taste! Ooofff that will take some getting used to. I don't really like artificial flavours like squash so I'm having it simply in water and it's pretty grim but I am all about the benefits outweighing the taste. If you like orange juice or squash I'd recommend dropping a scoop in that.

Good product tasteless have a scoop every day with energy tablets and i have to say def better when eating.

I started taking this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning after hearing that it could help with stomach issues and so far I think it’s helping. It is tasteless and dissolves well. This is a supplement that is going to stay in my daily routine.

Powdery so does get on clothes and hands. It's easy to use. Mix well, zero odor and the taste is bearable. Versatile as it can be mixed in smoothies, milkshakes and other liquids quite well. If mixed in soup it would need to be blended otherwise it will be lumpy. Expensive for the size.

Comes in a sturdy container, with an equally sturdy inner seal. Contains a scoop so easy to use and is a nice clean product to add to milkshakes, smoothies, or puddings and ice cream l make. Good price too and a decent sized amount.

Malheureusement, cet article n'est pas éligible au retour. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet achat en raison du manque de sécurité et de l'état du produit à l'arrivée.
