Typing was quite impossible. The screen sensitivity was really low and I had the press very hard to get it to do anything. Also the wrong characters would type when they did work because the touch alignment seemed to be off. I set the pointer speed to full but this did not help.Font in Chrome was blurry and the viewing angle of the display is so narrow that it is not easy to watch any video in landscape without blackness fading in from one side.I can't remember ever having a phone with a display so poor.I've sent it back and will choose something with more reviews next time.Oh, and no charger just the USB cable.

I would never buy another Blu product as the mobile phone I have is completely useless. I purchased a memory card to allow more memory on the phone but this does not seem to work as I keep getting the message to delete items as the hard drive is full! What is the point in having space for a memory card if it is only to store photographs and not other items. I have found the phone very restricting and frustrating. Pay more for a more reliable supplier.

The phone is very difficult to open for me to put the sim and battery in. No instructions to help you with taking the back covering off. Its ridiculous
