Really nice taste to this powdered honey! The lightness doesn’t take away from the richness and vice verse. You don’t need much and I love that I can use it in baking. Try a Honey Oatmeal Banana Bread!!!

I needed honey powder without sugar added and this was what I could find. I have a friend who is allergic to sugar but honey can sometimes be hard to get out of measuring cups so I wanted to try honey powder. It worked Great for pie pastry!

Other reviewers have said this is sweet but not too sweet. I don't get that at all. I switched to honey powder a year or so ago (liquid honey is too messy for travel, which I do a lot). Unfortunately, the other brand is no longer available. I tried this as an alternative because the listed ingredients are identical. But the taste is nothing the same, this clearly contains more maltodextrin than honey. It may be a good mix for tapioca but it is not a viable source of honey. Unfortunately, the product is not returnable.

This was not good to use as a product to sprinkle on, did not have much flavor as a sweetener.

I purchased the granulated honey for use as an ingredient in a BBQ rub for pork. Used it on smoked pork butt with great success and then tried it on ribs with equal performance. The honey gave the bark a sweeter flavor, both the family and guests commented favorably about the taste. I will purchase again.

The taste is amazing in my morning coffee. I wanted a healthy alternative to sugar or sugar substitutes. Highly recommend!

I ordered this bc we all know how sticky and messy honey can be! I found this product while searching for gluten free products! I’m VERY happy to find the sweetness of honey without the mess! It’s been great in smoothies so far and I can’t wait to try in some other recipes!
