1tablespoon per day
I noticed a big difference within the first cycle. This helped reduce my bloating, mood swings, and the usual cramps I get. The flavor is good and it’s easy to mix. Definitely worth trying if you struggle during your cycle.

Recommend!!
Amazing, I haven’t been able to get my period back since getting off of birth control. I’ve been taking this product for only 3 days, and just got my period back. Definitely recommend!!

Actually works
So far loving the product. I have PCOS and had my first relatively normal period after taking it only for about 2 weeks. I will update this review as I take it more long term! Excited to see the long term benefits. It also tastes delicious!

Promotes Relaxation (And May Make You A Bit Drowsy)
Based on the ingredients, I’d put Cycle Care from Bond, in the same category as supplements for stress reduction. It contains a a collection of amino acids and herbs that help with calming, relaxation and mood regulation, which in turn supports hormonal balance. It also has vitamins, minerals and probiotics to help round out areas where many people be deficient. Their website is very much focused on women’s health and wellness, which is probably why this supplement is marketed towards women, even though the ingredients should be safe for most adults. They also say a lot of the right things with regard to using clean ingredients as well as providing research and transparency. But they don’t offer any actual data. There’s no research articles, no certifications, etc. The packaging has other claims such as GMO-free, as well as a lot number and expiration date, but those don’t mean much in the absence of hard data. This is especially true when a company puts issues like health and transparency as focal points in their advertising. They should have even more incentive to back up their claims with substantive proof. As for how well the supplement actually works, I will say that it does help with making me feel more calm. I imagine the sedating ingredients like tryptophan and lemon balm do a lot of the heavy lifting in that respect, at least for me. I also don’t mind the taste. It reminds me of Strawberry Quick, with a stevia aftertaste. Overall, this is a nice blend of ingredients that promotes relaxation, which lowers cortisol, which in turn helps to balance hormones. The powder form is easy to take and has a fairly pleasant taste. But I wish time and again, that companies would put more effort into actually providing transparency rather than simply stating they’re transparent. I’m going to give Bond the benefit of the doubt, and increase their rating by a star, because I think they’re on the right track, and the product actually works.

Not just for women, taste is very bad
This is a general mix of nutritional support for any adult. There is nothing here specifically for menstrual cycle regulation (though it may, through general nutritional support, indirectly help cycles be 'more' regular). As a man, the effect is generally not noticeable but I think the l-tryptophan either should have been skipped or a notice put on to only take this at night because I do notice a subtle dulling effect. My main reason to reduce 3 stars, giving 2 stars total, is the taste and the overprocessing. It's absolutely horrid and very chemically, even when masked with orange juice. You have a strong impression that you are consuming a heavily processed industrial product. If you want a natural product, it should contain real herbs, more herbs, and not processed into powder oblivion, but rather a ground leaf/root product. I like what I have tried from Alfa Vedic which has these wonderful natural support products. For this, Cycle Care, I cannot recommend.

Blends well!
Adds thickness and yummy flavor to my protein shake with ice cubes and water and protein powder. Blend it in an actual blender though

Product looks good but I would like to be able to verify
The other bag I got from this company was difficult to tear so I said next time I would cut it. Next time I'm going to be sure I'm cutting straight so I don't cut through the zip lock part. Cutting it will also help keep the powder inside from poofing. The bag is just about half full. It does not have a scoop in it; you use your own tablespoon. If you think you feel a scoop don't go digging for it - save yourself the mess, it's just a silica pack. There are about 28 servings in the bag. The expiration date on mine is Mar 2026, so a little less than two years from now. The powder has a light berry scent to it; it doesn't seem specifically strawberry to me, but the taste pretty much is (with a little bit of some other aftertaste). I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says This says cGMP, non-GMO, and 3rd-party tested. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement. And I know it's made for women, but I got it for me because the ingredients are so good! For example, it's hard to find a supplement that doesn't use the synthetic pyridoxine HCL for Vitamin B6, but this uses the preferable P5P! The price seems somewhat high for a month's worth, but that's actually not way off with many drink mixes. My one question is this: the website looks legitimate, the FB page is not used much but does have some videos from the company founder, and the site has a thing from Frontrow that seems to indicate doctors prescribe this to their patients. But I can't find any contact information for the company, or verifiable information at all for that matter, other than they do have a trademark on this product. I will take it myself, but don't recommend things to others that I can't contact someone about and verify. But, with the owner videos and the Frontrow doctors I'll bump it up a star, and if I can get some more verification will add another. Thank you for reading, I hope this was helpful.
