Q: is this ethyl ester or triglycerides ?

Do you realize that they answered your question with a non-answer? Here's the deal. EE's are bad and I think should be avoided, but there are two other forms of triglycerides as well. TG (the good natural form of fish oil triglycerides) and rTG or re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form. It is often argued that the rTG form of omega-3 is natural and the EE form is not, but in reality, both EE and rTG forms of fish oil are relatively new as the concentration of fish oils began in the 1980s. Long story short, if you see really high concentrations of DHA /EPA in a fish oil, it's because it's either EE's (ethyl esters) or rTG (re-esterified triglyceride which regardless of what a company may say) is NOT a natural TG and therefore should be avoided. I am not judging if it is easy or not, but I read some advice the other day. If the pill floats (usually smaller pills and capsules)- tilt your chin down, then swallow. If it sinks- tilt your head up. It might help.

Lack of After Taste

No after taste! I love taking fish oils, but the fish taste afterwards is too much for me—so I haven't taken them in a couple of years. OmegaWell fish oil really doesn't have an after taste! Yay! I'm happy I can get these essential nutrients back in my body and enjoy the benefits without the unpleasant fishy burps or taste. Highly recommend!

No fishy burps or nasty taste

If you have a hard time swallowing large pills, these will be a struggle for you. They are quite large but they don't have that nasty taste that a lot of pills have.I've never once had nasty fish smelling burps from ingesting these. Super good for your heart, brain, and joints so I will definitely keep these in my routine.
