A great mug

Heat and cool retention is good. My main requirement was that it be absolutely leak proof which it is. Reduced one star because the button on top to start the flow makes a loud pop that will turn heads if you are in a quiet meeting room. If that isn’t a deal breaker, its a good buy !

I add boiling water to the mug at 12 pm and at 4 am it was still hot .. i also liked what was written in the card that was in the box

Terrible item. Mouth piece is badly designed, you will end up spilling your coffee on yourself when there is less than half a cup. Material is very bad, my wife’s lipstick mark is not coming off even though it was cleaned in the dishwasher multiple times. The paint on the body also faded when I hold it after sanitizing my hands with an average sanitizer. Disaster item I threw them after using 4-5 times.

Lovely size and finish, great for work but I have no idea how to clean it properly because of the push button under the cap. I’m hesitant to keep using it because of the build up of tried coffee inside it

This is such a great item, I use it for travel in my car. Easily fits, keeps the coffee hot, love it!
