UPDATE 3/1/20- The last couple of months the outdoor unit has (apparently) been freezing up and not transmitting at around 20F. When I bring it in the house to warm up it'll start working again. The interior data started getting wonky in the last couple of weeks, so with both of those issues going, I trashed the unit.The display, when the unit is plugged in, is excellent; colorful and easily read from across the room. This is the main reason I purchased this unit: I wanted the time & date info in a readable format as well as the outside temp. Setup was simple. I stuck the appropriate batteries in the appropriate places and the remote unit started talking to the base immediately. I had my doubts initially as the temp & humidity numbers for the outdoor unit blinked seemingly constantly at a slow rate. Apparently it does that when it’s talking to the remote unit. The blink is easily slow enough to read the info, and the blinking eventually stops. The base unit found the Colorado radio signal overnight without my help. The numbers are accurate enough for my purposes, as they roughly agree with what my phone says. And we all know that the phone just KNOWS. I have the remote unit underneath my elevated deck about 12 feet away from the base, through a sliding glass door. The units have been talking for about three days now.The worst feature of this product is the instructions. They’re very hard to understand, so I just wound up pushing buttons until something happened.I’ll update if anything significant happens. Really.

I love this. My husband has wanted a fancy outdoor thermometer for some time so I finally found one we could both agree on. I love that there is a remote for setting outside and that you do not have to but the device by a window. There is battery back up but the main power is an ac adapter which I prefer. So far my only con is that it does not stay lit up for more than 3 seconds but at least the button to turn on the back light is conveniently located. That and the instructions weren't the easiest to follow. Overall, love this device!

Nice looking but that is all that it is. I have had this for over 1 1/2 months now and was actually in the process of returning it when another buyer explained how to get some of the functions going. I was told it could take a week or two for it to catch up with the local weather. I tried the different channels, placed the sensor in several different places and still nada. The only thing that works on it is the clock. I could have purchased a pretty clock for under $10

Only issue was it won’t connect to a Atomic clock, but will keep time. I didn’t have help much help from supplier when I reached out to them. Good and bright display. When you hooked to electricity, display will go dark when it’s looking for satellite. “ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY THIS CLOCK, WARMING TO YOU, IF YOU DON’T GIVE THESE GUYS A 5 STAR RATING THEY WILL CONSTANTLY SEND YOU EMAILS FOREVER” I had change my 3 to a 4 star and still the emails come!!! I warned them to stop the emails or I would change my rating to “1”, which there was a rating of “0”!!!!!!!!!!

The first one stopped working after a few days. I had to take the batteries out and put them back in several times. Now, it seems ok. They sent me a replacement. The second one is always one hour behind the correct time. Every day I correct the time, but by the end of the day-the time is one hour off. Maybe it is programmed for daylight savings, but there is no setting for that-only eastern time zone for my area. If that's the case, how come the first one always has the right time?

Was so disappointed in this product. We were unable to get the display to stay on. We reviewed customer reviews, went to the website to look for instructions and followed those instructions to no avail. We finally returned the unit.

The outside temperature transmission got increasingly spotty … as in it increasingly didn't transmit the outside temperature; changed the batteries, changed the channel, reset the whole apparatus What a bummer. Too late to get a refund and too late to get manufacturer support. Would not recommend.

I really appreciated having the weather station this summer since the weather was so unpredictable. There is a wealth of information that is displayed by this unit. It help me to dress most adequately for the weather as well as predicting the needs of my new garden.
