Product was excellent and had given the 4hrs backup, must say this is goto product if youface frequent power issues at you place.

Very easy to use, just plug and wait for an hour to charge first time. That's all. You are all set. However, the battery backup time is less than promised. It lasts 2 hrs at max. I'm going with 3.5 star. I bought it in Feb 2025, overall a good product, very useful. Update: Oakter team replaced the product without any hassles. Good responsibile team.
