I cooked it, but the rice cakes are still hard.

Rice cakes must be fully covered with water. Place them at the bottom of the cup before noodles and soup so they absorb water and cook softer.

How do I prevent the product from boiling over in the microwave?

To prevent spilling, follow the water level marked on the cup and use room-temperature water. Keep the lid slightly open. Since microwave power varies, try reducing the cooking time by a few seconds for the best results.

Why is the sodium content high? Is there a low-sodium option?

The sodium comes from the authentic tteokbokki sauce, balancing sweet and spicy flavors. Enjoy this as an occasional treat in a balanced diet. While we don’t yet have a low-sodium option, we’re working on introducing one in the future.

What is the portion size, and how can I make it more filling?

Each cup is meant to be a quick and easy meal. If you want to make it more filling, try adding a boiled egg, some fish cakes, or your favorite veggies. These toppings don’t just add flavor—they’ll also make the meal more satisfying.

Why does the cheese flavor taste different from other cheese products?

Our Cheese flavor is inspired by Korean cuisine. It blends the creamy richness of cheese with a touch of sweetness to create a unique taste. This flavor was designed to bring you a Korean twist that’s both delicious and satisfying.
