Sound!
I really didn't expect anything from the horn and I was really surprised because despite its size it sounds pretty good and strong, for the price it is super recommended.

Decent sound.
This little Bluetooth speaker puts out decent sound but far from great sound. It's clear enough but doesn't get super loud. It's about what you would expect from an off-brand speaker this size.My Review Criteria: I do not review anything that I don't want/need for my own personal use and I have enough knowledge about it to provide accurate and useful details. I do tell it like it is and I am not influenced to provide feedback that isn't based on facts or my own experience. Therefore you can trust my unbiased review as if I were a friend looking out for your best interest and that of your hard-earned money.

Great Sound and Volume
This little speaker is a powerhouse. I was able to connect it to my phone in less than 30 seconds and it has a strong enough volume to fill a more than 2,000 sq ft space. The sound quality is really great and there is no distortion. This is a perfect compact speaker for travel, workout classes, and anything in between. Why pay significantly more for a name brand when this speaker is more than you will ever need?

Good sound reproduction and good distance on the bluetooth
SINOBAND Portable Bluetooth Speaker, Wireless Speaker with RGB Light, BT 5.3, AUX in, IPX7 Waterproof, 3 EQ Modes, TWS Pairing, Small speakers for Shower Outdoor Party Beach CampingThe speaker comes packaged in a light cardboard retail marked box with a photo of the speaker and manufacturers contact info on the side. Inside the box, is the cylinder speaker itself packaged in a foam bag, a short USBA to USBC charging cable , and an equally short audio input cable, and a fairly thick instruction booklet that is printed in multiple languages. [ Please note that this does not come with its own wall adapter, you will have to provide your own such as a phone charger or a computer USB charging port. ]Looking at the speaker cylinder itself, the speaker grill is almost 100% the diameter of the speaker. A grill style cover, with a single finger of plastic going across that contains the buttons. There is a little woofer speaker on both ends of the cylinder with a moving cone, which should provide for better bass response. The plastic, rubber feeling bar with the buttons is marked with universal symbols and arrows that are familiar in their position and use.Time to put it on charge while I read the instruction booklet. The charging port is hidden on one end of the plastic bar under a rubber cap that covers the aux audio input, the USBC charging cable input, and a small TF card port for adding your own music directly into the unit. When you plug it into charge, there is a four led lights in a line, for a progress indicator about in the middle of your plastic control bar. Currently this is showing two lights, so it has about a 50% charge; I'm showing two solid lights and the third one blinking when I plugged it in to charge. They're pale, yellow or white in color, and I presume that all of the lights will show solid when it is charged. Now for that manual. It's printed with a clear black font on what feels like recycled paper, but the print is very small. If you have trouble reading small print as I do, you may want a bright light and a magnifying glass. [Why don't manufacturers spend another nickel and make the books large enough to be easily read?] According to the instructions, they have a warning that there may be an interference noise when playing some songs with a strong bass lines, when the battery is low. They note that this is a normal phenomenon. (I think what they're trying to say is that the speaker will perform poorly when it's running out of battery. Not something totally unexpected when you’re out of power.) The instructions also note that some fast chargers are not compatible with the unit. There are some fast chargers that use a higher voltage that can't be recognized by the motherboard deep inside the unit, and won't charge. (I would think that problem would be solved if they enclosed a wall adapter with the unit, but this does not come with a dedicated wall adapter. )There is a page in the instruction booklet that is dedicated to explaining the key function on the plastic bar. Unfortunately, they have printed it in a dark gray panel with black print, and it's just plain difficult to read.To save some of you from difficulty as I had, here's a quick rundown of the function. The power bar seems to have all the keys to have a dual function requiring a short press or a long press of the power button, a short press will switch between modes of input, and a long press will turn the unit on or off. (A long press in this case is considered 3 seconds or more.) The EQ button gives you an EQ switch on the short press, including a double click which turns on the RGB light. A long press will wake up the voice assistant. On the volume up a short press addresses the volume and a long press will change to the next track. Similar for the downward volume button. The next button is kind of an Infinity shape. A short press will pause or play the music, answer or hang up a call, and a double click to enter or disconnect TWS. (True wireless stereo, you'll need two of the speakers for this effect) The rest of the button info will take you through LED indicator means and Bluetooth connection. When pairing the Bluetooth, my phone found it easily and it shows up as SINOBand Challenger 2020. Once you have paired the speaker to your phone, all of your sounds and indeed your voice pickup goes through the speaker.Time to test this baby out.Pairing it with my phone, it connected very quickly and showed up as Sino band Challenger 2020. The connection was clean and sure, and indeed would travel quite a bit of distance from my phone. We carried it around the house, and even around corners I had no interruption of signal or playback for a good 40 or 50 ft. The sound was very clean with distinct ties, and the movement on the ends of the cylinder, it had clear base. The RGB lights inside cycled, showing through the ends of the cylinder.I tried it with my television next, and it didn't work as well with the TV. Even though I have different Bluetooth devices paired with my Google TV, the connection with the SinoBenz speaker was spotty and had multiple drops, even at a close distance of about 15 ft. Why does it have difficulty with the TV? As I have not had problems with other units in the past, there must be something in the manner that it connects. That is not a free-flowing sound for my TV.The bottom line on this unit? While it paired great with my phone, the spotty connection with the TV gives me pause.

Very impressive little speaker
The xdobo SINOBAND Portable Bluetooth Speaker, Wireless Speaker with RGB Light, shares the form factotr of Sony'd early xb speakers, one which quite a few companies picked up on and which seem to have all butvanished in the past year. It also offers some of the actual audio features, many too a vaniashing breed,. like aux in and eq. What impressed me most is the sound (It always ia when I am looking at audio). This speaker ids LOUD, I would say omparable to my 60 wp channel outdoor speskers. It also has serious bass reperoduction. My concrete and stone deck was vibratring tangibley. But, I do not personally rate a speaker 5 stars because it is loud, or has thunderous bass, it's the sound quality. and the sound quality on the Sinobad is really quite good. Is it full range? might be. The description says 20, does it mean 20-20. Audibly it could be a full range speaker but I cannot precisely test the range. Audio quality is quite good but I would not call it detailed or nuanced. It has a huge sound stage, room filling sound, big outdoors sound...not sure I would use this in a shower as they suggest, but at the beach, park, party, sure. I won't compare it to speakers costing 10x as much. That would not be faIr or reasonable, but it does easily compare to or best many speakers costing twice as much. The build quality appears good, anmd it also seems well sealed. They call it waterproof but I do not see an ipx rating. My guess would be 67-7 but, I can not be sure of that. In any case, it looks to be a very solid speaker and a great performer for the price. If you are looking for a speaker you do not have to worry about outdoors, which will not set you back a lot, this is absolutely one to consider. The eq is a set of 3 presets, one of which is clearly extra bass. I did note some fuzz and a slight loss of clarity with extra bass, but most extra bass speakers will do that, you do have the option of other eqs.All in all it is a surprisingly good speaker and a great deal at this price.

Louder than expected!
The quality of this Bluetooth speaker far exceeded my expectations! The connectivity is very easy to use, the volume is adjustable—to many different levels, and it performs much better than other brands that are much more expensive! It is a fantastic value for the price!
