I love this product. I don't know why it has all these bad reviews. It worth 5 stars.

When replacing a failing under-counter mounted sink (the glue failed), I chose a drop in replacement sink (also reviewed on Amazon), so it won't Halen again (unless gravity fails!).This is the sealant I used you ensure the new sink would not leak around the rim. Other herbal kitchen/ bathroom soft white caulking makes nice edges, but often gives out, needing replaced. THIS stuff is tough, and with a generous ring sandwiched around the sink beneath the flange/ rim, this stuff will both seal and ensure the sink remains firm in place.Of course I added the sink recommended bracing beneath, to ensure the sink stayed in place while the Flex Caulk was drying.This stuff is easy to apply, and not watery like the generic cheap stuff in the hardware warehouse stores. Months after installation, this caulking is firm in place, wipe-able along the sink edges with a wet rag, and "semi-rigid" (flexible yes, but firm in place).

I didn't realize this existed. No caulk gun needed. I don't recall an odor when. using it. It can be closed and used another time! It has a twist nozzle that allows you to adjust the bead size. Perfect for smaller jobs. It provides a strong waterproof seal. Heavy storms have always forced water into a corner of my kitchen but not since using this. I've painted over it and you wouldn't know its there. Very durable and sets quickly.

Nice tutorial and easy to use.Really worked quickly and just as directions stated. No odor. Sealed up quickly.

I figured this would work once and then get all hardened and not work again later.Turns out, I was part right.First the silicone is great for resealing a bathtub and the first use was super clean. Just a firm, constant squeeze after setting the thickness you desire gives a consistent and air-bubble-free caulk line.Two months later, I had to rub some dried material from the tip and press pretty hard to get the material to flow, albeit much slower.Thankfully, I didn’t need the precise flow control, so I pulled the cap off, was able to get ample material that was ready to use just like new, and then clip the flow control cap back on.So, not perfect, but very much as advertised and I would buy this again when needed.

I've always wanted to try flex products. Their advertisements are the best. One day while it was raining, I found out that water was leaking into my car around the antenna. So I ordered this and then later that day I was able to seal up my car while it was raining with no issues! I highly recommend! Thank you, Phil!

Used it to seal a window that had come loose. Seems to have done the job and was easy to use.

I bought this specifically to seal a few small leaks in my gutters, but unfortunately it did not work for me at all. I followed the application as carefully as I could and expected a waterproof seal, especially since the leaks were very small, but water was still coming through afterward. I even tried using it on tiny problem areas where I thought it should have been an easy fix, and it still didn’t solve the issue.For a product advertised as waterproof and weatherproof, I expected much better performance. It may work for other applications, but based on my experience with gutter repairs, it was not effective. I ended up having to look for another solution, so this was disappointing and a waste of time for the job I needed it for.
