Using , but for me not very helpful

Maybe this product have quality but on moment make strong colics on intestine, gases moviments, this make the product horrible. It was very uncomfortable the effect of this on body after 24h, (lunch time and dinner ; 1 spoon only ÷2 ) during night started make a strong colics on intestine that stay for hours, go and come. I couldn't sleep. I knew that psyllium have this effect on body, pain, but I thought the powder and low dosage are ok. No. If you are sensitive to the pain, I am not advising this. If it's ok, take. The intestine work, but there is pain. Uncomfortable pain. Chia seeds and flex seeds do same effect and no pain.
