great chair ..the speakers are loud and really strong in like a bass and also clear sounding ..we are having an issue with the lights not staying on ..looking in the manual for hard or soft reset but no luck going to look for online manual now ..but really great chair

Amazon shows chair can change led colors but I can't find control and manual doesn't show how as well as manual states adjustable headrest but it doesn't adjust at all and a panel came broke inside armrest speakers do work good though and everything else is nice

Did everything it says and easy to assemble

The chairs are comfortable and seem to be well made. They were packaged very nicely and were easy to set up.The recline function works smoothly and quietly. The headrests adjust manually to several different levels.I like the many USB connections and the wireless charging option.The lighting is fine, but not exciting to me.The speakers do work, but there are considerations. I am using the chair with an existing surround sound setup. I tried the bluetooth connection first. The connection works, but there is a large delay in the sound coming out of the speakers. The chair sound lagged significantly behind the surround speakers and the image on the screen. I could not find a way to remove the delay with the wireless connection - they don't seem to support any kind of low-latency bluetooth connection. If I wanted to listen to music from my phone on the chair speakers, that would work and the delay would not be a problem. I cannot see how those speakers would work over bluetooth if you wanted to sync the sound to a movie or a game.The speakers accept a wired input. That imposes a smaller delay in the sound - but there is still a delay. I tried a different speaker and there was no delay at all - so the chair is adding the delay. I was able to adjust a setting on my receiver to sync the surround speakers to the chair and keep them in time with the screen. The extra sound is nice to have.I am hoping for many years of use from the chairs.
