Easy to apply and leaves my skin feeling very soft. Bought it after being told it does help against being bitten by mosquitoes. I've been using it daily for the last 3 weeks whilst in Thailand. I have had about 3 bites but not one has reacted as bad as I normally react. My husband has had far more bites than he normally gets and he's been using citronella spray. This oil is far nicer to use than 'proper' insect repellents. It's obviously not 100% effective but I will use it again. Great value for money. Non oily and not sticky.

Like the perfume and feels nice on the skin. Readily absorbed. Supposedly repels midges but I still rely on Deet! It does solidify in low temperatures but simply needs warming up to revert to liquid.

I’ve always wrinkled my nose at the thought of putting “dry oil” on my skin. Firstly, because it’s just a contradiction in terms. How can oil be dry? Surely it’s grassy and oily? Actually it isn’t. It’s exactly what it says it is. It’s easy to apply, doesn’t stain or mark your clothes, is easily absorbed and leaves your skin as soft as a babies bot-bot without the greasy stickiness of baby oil. However, the reason I bought it is because several friends said it’s the best mozzie repellent on earth and I get eaten alive every year if I so much as say I’m thinking about booking a holiday, never mind actually going on one. Well I was a tad skeptical as you can imagine but I’ve got to admit this stuff is nothing short of miraculous. Usually I return from the med every summer with my body converted into one massive mozzie bite but this year, I came back with one small nibble on the back of my neck. That’s right peeps. ONE. I don’t know what it is Avon (which I usually can’t stand) puts in this stuff but keep it coming. You can keep your smelly Buzz Off and Jungle Formula. This stuff smells girly and delicious and keeps my skin soft whilst repelling the critters. Good times. Have restocked for my next hol in September.

Amazing product, smells incredible and prolonged my tan. Didn't have a single bite when on holiday so can vouch for it being a great insect repellent as well.

I only bought this because I live in the countryside, and I was being bitten to death by the most bloodthirsty mosquito that was hiding somewhere in my house for weeks. My entire arm looked like I had some sort of picking issue - it was bitten all the way around (clearly I’m delicious from too much wine and cured meat ingestion) but it was becoming really distressing, waking up every single morning and my arms were missing small, round chunks; taken out of it, by some hungry lady mosquito. I hoover, clean and dust every single day, I checked every area that I possibly could. I was trying absolutely everything, and I still could not find this insect. It was one single, solo bite each evening. Which ruled any of the other biting bugs that it could be. No matter how much I tried, no matter what I did or what I wore, this insect was still managing to chomp my upper right arm, night after night. Long story short, I bought this stuff and slathered it all over the arm in question, and all over the rest of me, and the biting stopped. I kept putting it all over my body night after tonight, or rather on the exposed parts of my body, and it never happened again. I am a really sensitive person, so if I put any perfume creams or oils on my body, I tend to get a rash, this did not give me a rash at all. It’s obviously getting to the time of year where it’s a little bit rainy and there’s going to be a few more insects about trying to get into the house, therefore, if you are a very tasty human being, you have delicious blood, or you’re just unlucky with insects and they like to bite you, I highly recommend this item. Deet is pretty toxic and I really didn’t like the idea of putting it all over my body each night. The blue lighting that’s meant to attract the bugs and zap them when you plug them in, just act like ambient disco lighting for the mosquitoes and they just fly past it having a lovely time. But this Avon stuff genuinely works. I will be buying it for years, especially in the summer. Please never stop making it. It’s genuinely the only stuff that gets those things to stop biting me. 10/10.

It smells lovely it hydrates the skin and it is not greasy. However, I have used 3 bottles now and, every time, the pump breaks about 1/3 of the way through. This means that you need to use it as a regular oil, rather than an oil spray, which ends up being messy and making it very expensive per use.

My mom sold Avon when I was growing up and still raves about the bug repellent factor. Mosquitoes have been terrible this year so I decided to give it a try. I love it! It makes my skin soft, smells great, and really does repell bugs! I have psoriasis so I sprayed these areas specifically and it was an immediate soothing relief. My dog has dry, irritated spots, and scratches constantly. I sprayed it on him and he has been silent! No scratching!

Smells great, feels great, and keeps the mosquitos away!
