This is a fully breathable, hypo allergenic, open cell cotbed mattress. The mattress is made up of fully compliant 25HC foam, which is the legal requirement within the EU. BE SURE YOUR TODDLER IS SAFE AT NIGHT. This foam is used to help oxygen flow through the cot/bed easily and freely. The cover is made up of 100% polypropylene, which has a water repellent character and is easily removable and washable. Due to the fragile nature of the nursery industry, we have made sure this mattress meets the exact UK legal standards. This mattress is fully compliant to the BS7177:2008 regulations of fire retardancy.

It did not come with the mattress cover on the mattress, You had to fit the mattress cover onto the mattress yourself. The mattress was just a thick piece of foam not a proper mattress - was not very impressed, thought it was very poor quality, could have brought a think piece of foam myself and put a covering on it for much less than what I purchased the "so called mattress" for.

value for money
Arrived fast and seems good quality.The only thing that bothered me was the strong chemical smell coming from it I had to leave window open or it would overpower room for first few days.

Poor quality
Its just a piece of poor quality foam. I wouldn't allow a baby to sleep on it.The packaging it's delivered in was not sealed.

Fantastic value and just perfect for a Jr bed as described. Nice and light and my daughter finds it very comfortable
