So far the computer works great. I purchased as Amazon used and it has performed as expected. I would recommend.

I bought this used laptop just a week ago, though I haven’t been able to use it until now because of work, it seems to be working as it should. It’s bigger in person than shown from other people that review this exact laptop on YouTube. Screen quality seems to be good as well and shows the refresh rate as advertised. I only use the laptop to play Roblox, and for college, not to play some huge games that everyone plays, but it runs Roblox fairly well. There are a bit of issues with the screen experiencing a few lag spikes here and there, when not playing anything, and some of the top keys don’t appear to function anything, unless I’m just still trying to understand how this kind of laptop works since it’s my very first time purchasing anything from Alienware, but I probably don’t plan to make any use of the top keys very soon. The laptop does get pretty hot running Roblox and most likely any game thrown at it, and the hot exhaust air does exit from both sides of the laptop, especially if using a mouse for the laptop on the right side, and can burn a little. Overall, the laptop does seem like it functions as it should and will give updates if something happens.

Awesome computer, switched from older Asus ROG, and leaps above with the M.2 drive and the display is incredible. Now, for value, you can definitely get better values out there, for example HP Omens gaming laptops, BUT, I love the design of this brand for a while and particularly this year. Very happy

It broken down in a short time

Really fantastic gaming laptop in a small chassis. It handles anything I throw at it with ease, and the thermals stay well under 85*. I purchased this “used-like new” and it has its fair share of scuffs and scrapes, but functionally it seems to be in order. There is a weird issue when I turn it on, it shuts off, but the 2nd power on it always boots up like normal. According to other users, this is a dell firmware update issue that should be addressed eventually. I plan on purchasing the extended warranty through dell if they’ll allow it. Overall it’s a great laptop with a premium touch. Battery life is quite good. The speakers and the build quality really blew me away in the x16. I’ve had some premium gaming laptops in the past (razer, legion 7, zephyrus g16) but there’s honestly something special about the x16

Power button faulty only after 60 days. It feels like I got bamboozled with an open box item. Should of gone to Best buy. Very upsetting because it's so expensive. Stay away from this seller.
