I have never received a Sports Research product that I have not been happy with and this is the second time I am getting their Magnesium Glycinate; much easier to swallow than the cellulose capsules most others use and this is definitely the best form of magnesium to get, especially for aiding with sleep, muscle tension and relaxation. Highly recommend!

Makes me sleep like a baby lol

I have to use this and melatonin to knock out and if I DONT use the magnesium then it takes me longer to fall asleep. I'm actually so glad these work for me.

My doctor recommended this in fact I gave her my phone and she ordered it for me off of Amazon because I was deficient in magnesium and efficient in vitamin D so I this is the brand that my physician ordered for me so obviously it's doctor recommended she said she uses it it absorbs very fast and she can feel the difference I definitely can feel the difference this is definitely a great brand and I will always now only order Sports research products when it comes to supplements thank you for your time if you have any questions let me know

The particles are too big! Hard to swallow. Everything else is fine though.

Love this product. It helps me recover after an active day, slow down my nervous system and wake up the next day fresh. Always feel like I slept extra deep.
