These are awesome. Large size makes it easy to work dough in the container and easier to see how much it rises. Easy to wash, easy to use, good design, seem high quality

I use these as sourdough dough rising buckets and they are perfect. They are tall enough for what I need, the markings help to show when dough has doubled and the lids fit securely. They are also easy to clean and can be put in the dishwasher. Overall fantastic for my purpose.
