I had a wonderful experience with this seller. One of the resistance bands had a small tear, so I reached out, and within hours I received a response and was offered a replacement. I received the replacement quickly and now all the bands are in perfect condition and feel durable. The issue was resolved incredibly fast, and it really showed that they care about their customers. As for the resistance bands, they are exactly what I was looking for especially for the price. They're perfect for home workouts and physio, especially if you're looking for something that's easier on the joints. I also love that they're compact and lightweight meaning that they are ideal for travelling as you can get a full-body workout with them. It is also simple to progress resistance by combining multiple bands together, and the included handles are a great addition. Overall, I am very happy with both the product and the service. Great product does everything I need

Nice resistance bands. When used correctly, you can get a really decent workout from them. Good variety of resistance levels, making them suitable for different exercises and fitness levels. Easy to use at home and great for adding variety to your routine.

Quick delivery, great price and a great little kit, a massive spread of resistance in the 5 bands

I already had these bands and because I get a fantastic workout with them, I got them for my brother. Workouts with these bands are just as effective as using weights. The advantage of these however is that you can take them with you when on holiday or travelling. They come with a great instruction booklet which gives suggestions of various exercises you can do. Definitely great value for money.

I bought these for my husband (who is in his seventies) who is really pleased with them. He finds them easy to use for resistance exercises for his legs and arms. They are really good quality and strong, unlike some of the the thinner stretchy ones that easily rip after a while. He is also pleased with the different widths in helping him to comfortably exercise whilst building his strength and better mobility. He highly recommends these resistance bands.

Font le travail, les plus petit ne me servent pas, mais pour de la récupération ou pour se remettre tout doucement c'est good. La possibilité de rangement pour les déplacement c'est hyper cool, c'était aussi le but pour toujours avoir la possibilité de faire un peu d'entrainement même loin de chez soi. Bien sûr le côté caoutchouc sur la peau c'est pas forcément agréable et sur tissus ça glisse, mais il faut savoir les positionner. De plus les petites bandes à scratch permet d'éviter ces frottement, donc produit top, c'est un très bon achat vous en faite pas, surtout pour le prix j'avais peur mais c'est top :)

Wir haben uns die Fokky Widerstandsbänder geholt, um unser Heim-Fitness-Studio zu ergänzen. Nach Workouts auf dem Laufband, Rudergerät, der Rennrad-Rolle usw. trainieren wir mit den Bändern gezielt die Muskelgruppen, die auf den Ausdauer-Geräten weniger beansprucht werden. Den Bändern liegt eine Tasche bei sowie Befestigungsmöglichkeiten für z.B. Türrahmen usw. Weiterhin auch eine zeichnerische Übersicht vieler möglicher Übungen. Allerdings vertrauen wir da mehr auf Video-Tutorials, weil dort die Übungen sehr viel nachvollziehbarer sind. Manche Übungen sollten sehr präzise ausgeführt werden, um sich nicht zu verletzen. Die Bänder selbst sind in fünf Festigkeiten oder Härtegrade unterteilt. Wir nutzen derzeit tatsächlich nur violett und schwarz, bei fortschreitender Nutzung wird wohl auch bald das grüne Band beansprucht werden. Die Bänder haben eine ausreichende Größe, um z.B. Kniebeugen mit Bandunterstützung zu machen. Bei Side-Steps kann man das Band z.B. einfach doppelt nehmen und hat auch dann eine angenehme Länge. Die Qualität ist absolut in Ordnung, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überragend angesichts der Übungen, die möglich sind und den Muskelgruppen, die beansprucht werden können. Beschäftigt man sich mit dieser Art Sportgerät, findet man schnell eine unglaublich große Bandbreite von Übungen.
