Tennis elbow--which I got from swimming--kept me out of the pool for 18 months. With this brace, I can swim close to as hard as I can. If I don't wear it, even one lap causes me pain and soreness. So it does a great job allowing me to keep active. The velcro works well in water. Maybe once or twice in an hour workout I have to re-cinch it. Had it for 5 months and still sticks well. Works for dry-land stuff too.

Provides very little support where I needed it. Cumbersome.

I got this brace to try and relieve pain I have from a radial head fracture that has not healed in almost 4 years. The only help would be surgery and a complete radial head replacement, that is something the specialist wants to prolong as long as possible. So I was in physical therapy for my back and my therapist was so concerned for the pain I have in my arm she suggested trying a tennis elbow brace. That is how I decided to try this one.When I received it in the mail I instantly opened the package and put it on my arm. It was very comfortable and easy to place . It is adjustable and easy to move around on your arm to get it in the right place. It has a gel pack area that is very comfortable on my arm.. I put it in place and then used the velcro strap and strapped it down. After a few minutes I could feel it was not right so I loosened it up and readjusted it on my arm. It ended up taking me 3 times to get it in the right spot to make my arm start feeling better but remember mine is not just a tennis elbow or a sprained elbow so I wasn't even for sure if it would work for me. Now I know exactly where and how to put it on my arm for relief.I have used this for several hours a day every day for the past week, mainly when I am having to use my arm , cleaning house, making the bed, doing the dishes. This brace does help the pain in my arm and the discomfort from twisting my arm. I would definitely think it is worth everyone to give it a try. It helped me and that isn't even what it was designed for. But when in pain you will try anything!!I would say that the extra strap that wraps around it does make it a little bulky and don't fit under tight shirt. However I adapted very quickly and am very glad I have this to wear. I have received this product at a discount or for free in return for my honest review .

My husband has been having some issues with carpal tunnel syndrome and at night gets really bad pains in his elbows so I wanted to get this brace and see if it helped him at all. What I really like about the fRELIEF tennis elbow brace is that I did not have to choose a size...It is a one size fits all product. We were a little worried because my husband has quite muscular forearms but this brace was able to open up quite large and fit him perfectly. It is made of a nice neoprene like material with a velcro on the outside. My husband said it is very comfortable compared to some of the other braces he has tried...he said other ones would slip down or itch and he had none of that with this brace so he is very happy. It obviously did not cure him of his carpal tunnel but it did make it so he does not have pain and tingling at night. This would be great for anyone with elbow aches and pains...it is well made and can fit many sizes. this arrived quickly and was packaged well the design was made with much comfort in mind the inside has a soft material and the bump is of gel this has a heavy duty velcro that with the toughest work outs will stay in place this would fit any size forearm two velcro's one inner than an outer the inner is all of comfort and the outer is all velcro . given a discount for my honest review
