Only half of the ice will push out along the edges of the container, the center pieces won’t come out at all. The push mechanism is awful on this, waste of moneyEDIT: it does work a little better if you pull it out of the freezer and let it unthaw a little bit. But it leaks all the time, even when I fill below the fill line. I don’t know where the water is coming from. I’ve even let it fully dry before filling it and it just……. Leaks,

I really wanted these trays to be great. Sadly the cubes don't pop out as nicely as I would like them too. I do enjoy the smaller sizes of the cubes but it doesn't function any better than the traditional ice trays you have to bend to break the ice. Maybe it's user error and I'm filling them too full or something but thus far I haven't had any great luck what I thought would be ease of use.

Cubes come out very easily and freezing time is not terribly long. Careful taking the lid off to grab cubes as it can sometimes freeze to the seal making it difficult to open.

The concept of this ice cube tray is great, but there were a lot of little problems that make it a nuisance to use. It sounds nitpicky altogether, but when you just want to have some ice for your drink and you have to put up with all these things to get it, it makes me wish I’d just gotten the old fashioned trays and covered them in plastic wrap.Pros: the design is really cool. I wanted a covered ice tray that could also store ice if needed for my office. The plastic storage container fits all the ice cubes it makes while still allowing them to move around and shake out of the hole at the bottom. I’m only using this a couple times a day in an insulated water bottle, so it’s plenty of ice for my needs. At the end of each day I toss the few extras in a plastic bag and refill the tray with water for the next day.Cons: the ice expands and freezes solid into the tray. The tray itself is very durable. Way too tough to wiggle your ice out, though. The silicone freezes solid with the expanded ice, so you can’t push it out. True, there is a pokey tool to push the ice out, but the ice gets so stuck in there that you can’t get the poking tool to work without really pushing it onto the tray hard. Which now compromises the plastic tray on top since you have to press it so hard. While trying to push the ice out, I put a chip in the lid. Still works for now, but it’s only a matter of time before I’ve cracked the thing and it’s broken for real.The plastic lid also gets full of condensation and freezes onto the tray. Not a huge deal, but again, these are little annoyances that add up. The lid gets so covered in condensed water-turned-ice that I can’t see inside to see if the ice is done freezing.I love the feature of the hole for the ice to drop out of the side of the lid. If there’s a lot of ice, it can get jammed up, but a little shake will get them moving again. The problem I’ve had is the plug is now loose after 5 or 6 uses, so it randomly comes out when I’m trying to loosen the ice from the tray. As I’m pressing the poking tool in there, my precious ice may also shoot out onto the floor.I’ll keep using it until the lid inevitably breaks, but I wish I’d paid a little more for a more flexible version that let me twist the ice out. Not sure how to avoid cracking the lid.

I saw these ice trays through Instagram and decided to give them a shot, since I was sick of the constant spilling and leaking with other trays I have tried. I was skeptical at first, but the product works great. No leaking and the easy release mechanism is truly easy. I like how these little trays look, how easy they are to use, and they fit great in my freezer. I would recommend two trays so that one ice can be prepped while the other tray is in use.

It broke apart immediately after removing from the package and had to be held together to attempt to use. The concept is good, but it did not execute. The silicone is too tough to easily release the ice cubes, so you can't simply push them out as designed to do. I even tried allowing it to thaw a bit on the counter and still didn't work. I ended up just tossing it out and sticking to my basic ice tray.
