These knee patches have been working pretty well for me. The packaging says they're effective for about 12 hours. The longest I have worn one was about 8 hours, and it was still effective. They have a cooling sensation that reminds me of well known balms that serve the same purpose. They do have a faint eucalyptus kind of scent, but it's not overwhelming.

This patch fits well around the knee and has a very good adhesive that keeps it in place. That makes it easy to use. This patch does work well but only for about an hour to an hour and a half. If this patch relieved the pain for a better amount of time it would be awesome.

These knee patches have a soft papery feel with good adhesive. I could feel the topical medication begin to tingle my skin shortly after applying under my knee. It took the edge off but didn't completely eliminate the deeper pain I have. I'd say it's good as a help but not a fix all for deep tissue/bone pain in the knee. I could also see these patches being useful on sore muscles elsewhere. Comes with a good supply of patches too! AND the bag is resealable. Love that.

The shipment took longer than expected, but it arrived right when I needed it to. I immediately put one on my left knee as it had been bothering me lately, perhaps due to the cold weather.The texture of the substance reminded me of paper with a good adhesive quality, and I could feel a tingling sensation almost immediately after application. While it did help alleviate some pain, its effectiveness for deeper pain remains uncertain.Although the package is resealable, it includes just twelve stickers that will soon be gone considering its current price of $9.99 as I write this review, making it a bit expensive

I selected these months ago as a less intrusive relief for my husband's knee pain. As he stated, they are okay for the first three minutes or so. Then after that you really don't notice any difference. I am sure there are other options that are more effective for at least a realistic amount of time of half an hour to an hour or so.
