Easy to install into the candle holder and hold up using the stick. Can't wait to light it 😁

Nice amount of 6" wicks, If I want them shorter, they can be trimmed after the candle is set. You get wicks, the sticky dots you put on the bottom of the wick then placement stick into the bottom of the soon to be candle, stick the wick thru the hole in the top of the wick holder, place on the top of the container then pour your candle, don't mess with it till the wax is set then slip the wick holder off the wick and do what you need to do to your candle, The wooden wick holders are reusable many, many times. Have fun with your candle making.

I am not a candle expert, and I wonder if the results are due to the wax or the quality of the wick. The kit is complete with different-sized wicks, and I was able to make my candle, but I was not able to keep it burning. The candle lasted for hours with the tiny flame, and then it went off. Only a candle expert could tell me why I could not keep the candle burning. The kit is easy to use, and I hope you get better results.

Nice set of supplies for making homemade candles. Comes with wood wick holder, and stickers to hold the base of the wick. Price is really good.

I have had a touch of trouble with these wicks as they don't seem to have much of a pool radius. My candles are about 2.5" wide, and the radius seems to only reach 2-2.25" inches, never truly melting what's on the wall. I've started using them only for my test votives, and they seem to do fine with those.

As it seems to more and more difficult to find candles that aren’t made with allergy inducing scented oils and/or soy wax, I’ve come to realize that if I wanted candles for emergency lighting I was going to have to make them myself. This kit should serve me well in that aspect. Now, where to find decent wax and molds?
