Very good.
Very good, sweet, and soft. Easy to make. Add your fave fruit or nuts. Dried cranberries - really good. All King Arthur products are exceptional.

Tasty Gluten-Free
I purchased this baking mix for a special event where one of the guests needed to eat gluten-free. I wanted to ensure she had something delicious to enjoy, and since I’ve had positive experiences with King Arthur products in the past, I trusted their gluten-free line would deliver the same quality. I chose this mix specifically because it came highly rated and included a suggestion to add blueberries on the back of the box, which I thought would add a nice touch. The preparation process was incredibly simple—just follow the directions on the box, and you're good to go. Everything was clearly laid out and easy to execute, even for someone who doesn’t bake often. I decided to follow the recommendation and folded in fresh blueberries before baking.Once they came out of the oven, I couldn’t resist tasting one myself. As someone who bakes frequently, I make it a point never to serve anything I wouldn’t eat personally. I was genuinely surprised—in the best way. The texture was soft, and the flavor was impressive for a gluten-free product. While you can tell it's gluten-free (as the texture is just slightly different from traditional baked goods), it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. The blueberries were a perfect addition, adding bursts of flavor and moisture.Overall, I was very pleased with how they turned out, and most importantly, our gluten-free guest was thrilled to have a tasty option available. I would absolutely purchase this mix again, either for similar occasions or even just to have a gluten-free treat on hand.

Fast and delicious!
Easy and delicious! I bought 2 boxes for a tea party and wanted an easy recipe. Several of my guests needed gluten free so I ordered these. So simple and fast to make. Only needed 1 stick of butter, 1/2 cup and milk and 1 egg. To about 5 minutes to make and only 14 minutes to bake. They were delicious! No need to add any additional ingredients because they were already flavorful. This is a great mix to keep several in your pantry for a quick scone to serve on short notice.

Delicious
This was so good the day it was made. Buttery n moist. Have to eat it fast though because it was dried out n crumbly the next day even though I bagged it up. But tastes better than any other gf scone I ever tried.

Delicious Gluten-Free Scones That Don’t Taste Gluten-Free
These were delicious and so easy to make. I made them plain and served them with clotted cream and homemade jam—absolutely heavenly. They freeze really well, which has been such a bonus. I was able to make the whole box and enjoy them over a few weeks without any loss in quality. They’re also a great value, and it’s wonderful to have a gluten-free option that my guests didn’t even realize was gluten-free. I already have another box ready to try with fruit mixed in next time.

Great flavor
These are quite good. They are not a traditional scone. More cake like. Good flavor and texture.

Flexible, fast, easy, and GLUTEN FREE! WOOT!
I have ordered these twice now. They work great with any dried fruit from the local Amish store/health store/etc.... Or plain with butter and fruit jam. Or I used lemon curd once... Dried Cranberries from the baking isle of the store and warm butter. A little cinnamon. There are SO MANY ways to use these. My teenage boys, who don't have to be GF, like them too, and that's a high bar. Don't over stir. Mix until it's wet, shape with your hands, and bake. I like shaping a circle and cutting wedges and wiggling them a little apart. Or making circles like (American) biscuits. These are a pantry staple once you try them. and SO EASY!
