Ordered this watch May 2024 and again December 2024. Both stuck on 4G screen. Has good features but for a watch that is not inexpensive, it’s a massive disaster. Thought my daughter might’ve gotten a virus on the first one and because I like the remote features, I repurchased. NOTHING! save battery drainage would make the 4G go away. Once powered up, it returns to 4G. Ridiculous

We had to buy a separate SIM card for this watch. The plans that were available were not very friendly. Be warned that if you get spam text on your plan, it still counts towards the total allowable text messages. Anyway, the call quality on the watch is pretty good. It needs to be charged daily. It was not really bulky like other watches that have these functions. It would be nice to have a more convenient setup.

Watch seems very nice, wanted something for 11yr old boy that he would not be embarrassed to wear, this fit good but I could not creat a account on 3 different phones, 1 Samsung, a pixel 8 and a pixel 8 pro. Good luck

Good peace of mind, versatile features, simple setup:This product is a great present for a young kid - the watch, from a parent's perspective, serves as an effective way to keep track of a child, and is great if you want to let them go outside and play without worrying about them wandering off too far or otherwise leaving the safety of your neighborhood. It serves as a great tool for parents to stay connected while allowing their kids some extra freedom outside. Some of the features that we love are the push to share location feature (which lets us know immediately where they are if they press it) and the safe zone feature, which pings us automatically if they leave a designated area. From a kids' perspective, this is a very cool gift idea that lets them play music, play games and even take photos, so it's a win win for both parents and children. The setup of the watch is also pretty easy - you do need a subscription to stay connected and take advantage of the watch's full suite of features, though, so just factor that into your pricing of the item if you do choose to purchase.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

Great features but watch gets stuck on 4G screen so you just have to throw it out (and because it has good remote monitoring features) and purchase another… 😏

Calling works perfectly fine, however you can only video call people who have downloaded the app. The app is not very user friendly and does not track gps as it should. I was told that it should automatically set the location when outside, but there is also a 10 minute location refresh, which i am not fond of. Had to reach out to customer service and they were a little hard to understand through email. Their contact telephone seems to be out of country, and says you can contact through whatsapp, but that's a bit odd.. definetely a return item.

I am pretty happy with this purchase. Our teenagers are not allowed to have phones yet, but they're old enough to walk around the mall or take a jog in the neighborhood. I just don't like not being able to communicate with them if they're not with me in case of emergency or whatever. The watch is multifunctional - my more introverted girl loves the black color and that it's not super flashy. The calling is okay, but the texting works pretty well. Overall a good sub-in until they are old enough for cell phones.
