Astaxanthin has made a huge difference in my skin, has helped with joint pain and is starting to help with my eyes. I have dry eyes and my eyes tend to water a lot, I've noticed that after 6 weeks of use of astaxanthin my eyes are watering less and don't seem to fatigue as easily. I'm hoping that as time goes on, the effectiveness on eye strain and dry eyes increases. My joint pain has significantly decreased over the past 6 weeks as well. But the benefits of my skin are the most noticeable so far. After taking 24mg daily for 4 weeks, my daughter commented that my skin is glowing. She didn't know that I had started using astaxanthin. At 6 weeks in I was just told that my skin looks radiant. I'm definitely already noticing changes in firmness/sagging and fine lines disappearing. I have not yet noticed a "tan" look, but again I've only been taking this for about 6 weeks now and I know the pigment takes time to build in your skin. I suffer from Evans Syndrome and I’m tired with brain fog and constant lethargy. Astaxanthin made the fog lift and it really helped with my sun problems, acting as an internal sunscreen. This is especially important to me because I get hives if I’m in the sun for any period of time, but not after taking this. The pills are easy to swallow and I’ve noticed a difference in my skin and less noticeable sun damage. I highly recommend this product of astaxanthin!
