This is so much softer and thicker than my loop style strap. Wraps easily in different configurations that really hold on to your hand. I feel like I can lift more weight, more controlled, and longer than I could before. It rivals more expensive equipment that I have for forearm training and I use this belt way more often. I also like how small of a storage space it needs when not in use.

I really love this attachment. It’s a great way to hit the wrist, forearms and biceps. It’s such a simple piece of equipment, but it really does a great job and I keep finding new exercises to do with it.
