When you attempt to return they complain about Amazon delivery charges (they delivered not Amazon) and suggest you might like to accept only 50% of the price of the item. You then have to post back to them at your cost.

Poor standards
The picture of the shirt looked crisp and well when it arrived the quality was poor and the shirt was badly creased the collar was in a bad way very disappointing and the pocket on the shirt also badly creased . Shame because I was looking forward to wearing this to my Sons birthday celebration.
