This was the best matcha set I could have gotten. I received this item about 6 months ago and it is holding up great! It is so easy to use and it has everything you need to whisk up the perfect tasting matcha. I appreciate that the design includes a little spout to pour the matcha out cleanly.

Bowl is well made, especially for the price. Sleek and matches whisk holder. It also has a spout which is convenient for making lattes or transferring tea to different cups. The scoop, whisk holder, and sifter both get the job done. The whisk is the only lacking part of this entire set, only after a month it started to splinter and break even after blooming in warm water. I haven’t really had this issue with other chasen. It did get the job done but it just wasn’t durable. But still, for the price point it’s a good deal. This is a good set for beginners just maybe consider upgrading the chasen down the line. Everything else should hold up well throughout your matcha journeys.

This matcha tea set was delivered well wrapped and in great condition. It did have some dirt or debris in the bowl like I had read in some other posts, but nothing gross. Plus, it ought to be washed regardless as it’s been unwrapped from packaging. Haven’t used it yet to rate the whisk, but it appears sturdy enough. The duck rest is adorable!

I got this bundle because I loved it the most out of all the ones I saw. I was worried since it didn’t have a spout it would be hard to use for lattes. I was right, the matcha gets stuck on the rim. It’s a gorgeous set and works for what I need, but wish I had gotten one with a spout.
