The way to go
I have only just started reading this but I can tell already it is going to be extremely helpful. I have tried the sitting meditations during a silent retreat and I just fall asleep. This is all about moving whilst mindful and the author brings a huge amount of practical and academic experience to her exercises. My best book of the year so far :-)

An important contribution to the field of mindfulness and health
I love this book. It's such an important contribution to the field of meditation and mindfulness as it shows how we can work with the body to build emotional resilience, awareness and mental health. It's clearly and beautifully written. As a neuroscientist, Russell brings her own expertise, experience and wisdom to the subject. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the fascinating field of mindfulness in action.
