Definitely a big savings. Works very well. I can find no difference in using machine with this product

The silicon tabs work great! The saline packs are just loose in the box. They did include a handy bag for storage. A good value overall.

It was hard to get those to work in the machine. The first usage was ok, however they would not work after the first attempt. Meaning they are not reusable as advertised

I bought this kit so I would have more pods left over after using some sample pods that came with the machine. These pod's do the same thing and they save money. I had a little trouble with the plastic tabs.. They have to be in the exact same place every time. That's why they send extra tabs. There much cheaper than buy at bigger retail stores.

It is OK, but the silicone tabs are only good for 5 or 6 times, certainly not enough to get through the entire box of packets. They need to include more tabs.

these little blue things work great! Glad I don't have to buy the more expense pods. I use one of the saline packs for 2 cups of water. I have bad sinus and rinse twice.
