After having 2 kids, I had picked up a little weight and have started a health kick. I have heard that trail mix can be healthy and that's when I found this. This right here was so delicious!! Great pick me up after a long day at work, quick refuel after a workout, or a good snack to grab for the kids ball game. I really enjoyed this and love that is all natural ingredients. You get a nice assortment of nuts and fruit so you get a little crunch and a little chew.

These are so good high protein low calorie food for weight loss and healthy snacking great value all the ingredients are tasty the textures are good they taste great I definitely recommend in yogurt for sure or can mix into a smoothie
