It arrived faster than the earliest estimated delivery date. The quality is phenomenal. It’s sturdy but light. The design looks better in real life than on the listing. It’s so well insulated. It’s summer time and I left my ice water in my car overnight (that is not parked inside a garage) and later the next afternoon it still had a fair amount of ice left. It’s beautiful and I love it. And such a great price for a beautifully customized 40 oz tumbler!

It's really big.
The outside was really nice I really liked the color and personalized name. But it was way to tall and with coffee in it way too heavy.

The description of the inscription doesn't match the picture.
Fortunately my product came from across the globe in China and made it to Texas with 0 scuffs or dings. However, unfortunately, the inscription on the cup is way too small and underwhelming. I haven't tried the cup itself to see how it holds up. I'm just leaving a review that your product will not be as pictured.
