I purchased a Shoyela thermostatic shower system during a bathroom remodel. The product itself is excellent—well built, attractive, and the temperature control works smoothly once installed. During installation my plumber accidentally reversed the hot and cold supply lines inside the wall. Unfortunately we didn’t discover the mistake until after the tile and trim were finished. Normally this kind of error means opening the wall and redoing plumbing, which would have been expensive and extremely disruptive. I contacted Shoyela support and was connected with Ruby. She went far above and beyond what most companies would do. Ruby took the time to troubleshoot the issue with me, consulted with her technical team, and helped determine the exact cause of the problem. What impressed me most was the level of support. Even though the problem was caused by my plumber—not the product—Ruby and the Shoyela team still worked hard to help find a solution. That kind of customer service is rare. The shower system looks great, works perfectly now, and the company truly stands behind their customers. I would absolutely buy from Shoyela again. A sincere thank you to Ruby and the Shoyela team for exceptional support.

The product looks great with solid metal construction. Pro installed this as part of bathroom remodeling. Seeing two problems. Sent note to seller, waiting for response. One, the flow control dials are not easily accessible, recessed into the panel. Our installer's claiming there are no instructions to help. Waiting for response from seller on how to fix the issue. So that we can operate the flow control dials without difficulty. Second, The handheld and 6" shower head have very good flow and force. But the water flow/force is very weak from the overhead rain shower(12"), even though the flow dial is set to max flow and only the rain shower button is on. Not sure what's the issue. I asked the installer to check it. I have also posted question to seller about troubleshooting. It looks awesome. But, if this can't get fixed, sadly I will have no option but to return it. Update: The seller went above and beyond in providing great support in addressing issues. For the flow dials recessed, Seller sent another set of customized dials. I have not yet installed them. I can share new pictures after installing them. We have also resolved the second issue by clearing the filter with debris. The shower is undoubtedly top class and working great so far. I was concerned about the product as it's not one of the well known brands at local hardware stores. Outstanding customer support extended by the seller completely changed my perspective. I will confidently consider buying their product for my next project.

Very nice shower system. Packaging was excellent and all parts arrived in perfect condition. The materials feel solid and the finish looks great. Temperature control works well and keeps the water consistent. Installation was not too difficult. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

I tried reaching out for support with no answer. Purchased this for our new home build in December. We are now at the stage of finishing the shower and when we went to turn this on the hot water side does not work. We have cut the wall apart to verify the hookup is correct and to verify the water supply is working. We have adjusted the shut off Allen screw and still nothing from the hot water side. Paid over $300 for a product that doesn’t work plus the labor to have it trouble shooted by a professional to come to the conclusion that the product doesn’t work and can’t get a reply from the seller.

Ordered 2 of these units and they work as advertised. They are packaged immaculately. Each individual item is in a sealed bag. The entire box is compartmentalized in foam for protection. They even ship little white gloves (which I have no use for, but a nice added touch if needed I guess). The finish is perfect and the quality of the material is above average and sturdy. A great buy for the price and would buy again. I do have one small issue however. One of the systems was packaged without the rubber seal on the cap needed for the 12" extension for the 12" rainfall head. So there isn't a rubber seal where the post mounts into the ceiling. To ensure the cover fit snug so it wouldnt fall, I ended up scratching the post upon installation as a result. The other unit works perfectly and looks great.
