Disappointed in product
I was not happy with the product. I had event on April 27th. The product never heated up. Now thatitโs after return policy date I am stuck with a non-working machine. Very disappointed.

Purchased for hot dog food truck
Great option to keep hot dogs and buns warmed while waiting for customers. Downsides are that it takes about an hour to heat up the water and get the hot dogs warmed up. Also if the hot dog buns on the outside stay in the warmer too long they become soggy. Very minimal issues and it worked great.

Good
It seem good quality material and we'll built. Is not as big as I thought. Haven tested it. It came with some glass chips and two lose bolts. Glass doors don't seem broken or chipped. Bolts are easy to screw back in place and it doesn't seem to affect.

Bad heating elements..
I've purchased two of these had to send both back due to heating elements don't work..

Have to return it...but might not be a one star.
Cooker will not exceed 135 (f) degrees with water in it. There are several reviews reporting similar issue. Normally I would give a defective item the old one star rating BUT.... Setting aside the failure to heat up properly, which I assume is not a design feature, this is similar to most other medium duty hot dog steamer cabinets. The stainless steel cabinet is just like any other brand. Body construction appears decent with one piece water pan that shouldn't leak. Was not impressed with the water drain location as it sits a bit too high in pan requiring the unit to be tipped to drain all water. The drain works if you tip the machine but would be far better in the lowest part so that all the water drains.
