I love my new headphones. I looked at some reviews first while I was looking at a model 1 step down from these & the advice was to spend that little bit extra & buy these, especially for the more full base.The noise cancellation is excellent! I was walking the other day & I turned off noise cancellation with the app, while I was experimenting, and a road sweeper just behjnd me made me jump because I couldn't hear how loud it was until then...! That gave me great confidence in them!I also love the size of the box they sit in as it is nice and small, and it still has a battery inside that charge your headphones when needed. I'm not sure I've got it right, but I find you have to leave the lid open for the headphones to charge, which is fine, that way I know when they're done, when the light stops fading in & out.The comfort is amazing, better than expected. Once they're in they tend to stay in. They're good for every day activities, like sitting & walking, but I suspect they wouldn't suit running; but I haven't tried so couldn't say definitively. Make sure you use the right size ear fitments, to ensure a snug fit. When putting them in for the first time you think you're putting them in upside down, but you're not, they're desigjen to fit snuggly within your earlobe area. I'm glad I got the white ones now because they're not too disimilar to the colour of my ears & therefore are not too conspicuous.Battery life is very good so far. The longest I've warn them is 3 or 4 hours while DIYing, maybe a little longer, and they were more than fine. Charge time is pretty quick too, which is good.Quite frankly, once they're in I tend to forget I'm wearing them & I become immersed.

Having had a pair of Sennheisers that were a little dearer than these which then broke after having to constantly screw them into my ears I bought these at a lower price but not lower quality. I love the sound but some screwing still needed. I use the large earbuds because I don't get the full bass sound otherwise but if you are walking they can occasionally fall out (scrabbling under Lidl shelving was the latest embarrassment!!). When they do stay in -GREAT!

Highly recommend these in ear headphones. Controls are good and so much better than the cheaper ones I've had in the past. Good battery and lots of functions to control the overall sound and environment with the app. Had no problems with them at all and suggest to anyone to go for these if you want something to last and do what they're supposed to.

I'm not an audiophile nor an expert on sound but I've always loved Sennheiser as a brand. Their normal sound signature on their other products is brilliant and I've been a customer for years as a result. These fall massively short of the bar to the point where I don't think they should carry the branding.The sound quality is flat and unimaginative, custom eq doesn't do much to change that. The fit is strange and constantly feels like they're going to fall out. They look very odd and they feel very cheap, like they'd break easily. Only plus point I can give them is that the buds and case are small so very portable, and the promised battery life is ok.Avoid! If you want Sennheiser, spend the extra and buy the Momentum 4 TWS. If you're not fussed, buy something for half the price that'll do the same job and probably sound better doing it too. Best thing I did was return!

Great audio but as with the two sennheiser earphones, Momentum and Accentum the Bluetooth connection is erratic to the point it's pot luck if it can decide to coonnet to your phone, tv or laptop

Much better than my Apple ones which died. Crisp clear and a good bass.

I have the cx buds and those are amazing. They hurt my ears and are very heavy so I thought these would fit better and be lighter and more comfortable. They are but my ears still hurt after a short time. They are easy to put in and out. However the sound is quite bad. It is like a muffled or strained sound that doesn't give a full listening experience. This is actually made worse by adding the bass boost. The check my sound is a feature that I used well with my cx buds and it really helped give me a great sound. But not with these. Option a b and c don't add or take anything so they sound the same. My results end up flat lined or all but one flat lined. When I played with the equaliser bars myself I came up with what I considered the best the buds are going to give. But even that is poor quality and I don't really want to listen to music for long. . These will have to be my back up or at work only buds. Oddly enough these cost more than the cx buds that are far superior. I think Sennheiser need to re look at these and try again! Not their usual quality of sound. Whatever changes they make with their designs, they should not sacrifice sound quality experience. After all, that is the entire function and purpose of ear buds!

Quite an upgrade from my previous Sennheiser from five years ago. Definitely worth it!

I had connectivity issues to begin with and found them uncomfortable as I was so used to AirPods so I was pretty disappointed to begin with. Now I am used to them and have no issues connecting, I love them! The battery life is so much better than AirPods and while I still think they don’t go quite as loud, I actually love them!

音質、長時間使用、ノイズキャンセリングなど、ワイヤレスイヤホンに欲しいモノを高レベルで満たしています。後述するダメな点が気にならない方にとっては、星5の買い物になるかと思います。では、各内容について書かせていただきます。［音質］ゼンハイザーらしい弦の振動が感じられるようなクリアな音質です。数年前の最上位モデルを使ってますが、それ比べても遜色ないレベルです。クリアなボーカル、ボケない低音は本当に素晴らしいものです。でもって、低音がボケにくいので、専用アプリ経由でイコライザーをいじってライブハウスで聴くようなドシンとくる低音も楽しめます。［イコライザー］専用アプリで5バンドのイコライザーを使って、好みの音質にカスタマイズできます。アプリはiPhoneの場合、初回接続時に「アプリをダウンロードしなはれ」と表示され、ダウンロードできます。［ノイズキャンセリング］装着感の良さもありますが、電車の走行音や社内アナウンスがまったく聞こえなくなるほど遮断できます。［ペアリング］ケースを開けてから2秒ほどでペアリング完了なので、耳に装着した瞬間「コネクティド」という音声が聞こえます。1万円台のゼンハイザーエントリーモデルは微妙にペアリングが遅いのでストレスでしたが、こっちは即再生できるので、すんごく快適です。［使用時間］イヤホンの充電100％で7～8時間使用可能ケース充電100％で3～4回、イヤホンをフル充電可能です。イヤホンをケースに10分入れて充電すると50分程度はバッテリーが持ちます。また、専用アプリでイヤホン・ケース共にバッテリー残量の確認ができるので便利です。［充電について］ワイヤレス充電可能です。昔Amazonで購入した、謎のメーカーの置き型充電器でも充電できました。ケース充電は有線充電で1時間半～2時間くらいでフル充電だったかと思います。［イヤホンの形状］やや大きめでイカツイですが、装着感が良いので耳が疲れません。自分は3時間つけっぱでも平気でした。イカツイ形状ゆえに耳に装着すると目立つので、デザイン性を求める人にはちょっと合わないと思います。イヤーフックも無いので、スポーツ中に使用するとたぶん耳から外れます。スポーツ中に使う方は、別途ゼンハイザーのスポーツモデルがあるので、そちらにした方が良いですね。［遅延］映画・YouTubeなどは遅延を気にせず楽しめます。ただ、ワイヤレスゆえに遅延ゼロではないため、ゴリゴリにゲームをやる方には合わないかと思います。［その他良い点］届いたときイヤホン充電が70％あったので、すぐに使えます。［ダメな点］スポーツ向きじゃないことや、イヤホン形状がイカツイ以外で、本当にダメな部分があります。それは、他にも書かれている方がいますが、人ゴミの中だと途切れます。自分は朝の品川駅や東京駅で頻繁に途切れました。そんなワケで、定価3万円あたりのイヤホンとは思えない高レベルな製品ですが、ダメな点を覚悟できる方や気にならない方は満足できる買い物になると思います。そこそこの値段の買い物になるので、色々書かせていただきましたが、お役に立てば幸いです。
