The material is just the right softness and firmness. We got it for our son for the college dorm beds. We got the twin and the length wasn't exactly right. Was a little short but works fine.

Arrived quickly, packaged very well. Fits my king exactly. Was anxious to try after allowing to expand. It was soft, confirmed to my body. But I guess I'm a warm sleeper. Thought the gel could help, but still too warm for me. I'm keeping for winter, maybe then I can sleep with it. I put it under my mattress till then. Or if my other bed wears out, I'll use it on that one. No smell, nice quality. Recommend for non hot sleepers who need it for pressure points. That worked for me.

This was a great purchase. Very comfortable. Medium firmness. Helps us sleep better on our 8 year old mattress that had some weak spots. Had a bit of a smell when we first opened it, but have not smelled anything since letting it air out and "fluff" up. Very happy with the purchase and recommend buying this if you want to get more life out of an older mattress.

I bought this for my son’s bed and it makes it extra comfy. I paired it with a sheet that helps protect it in case of accidents and still it’s amazing like sleeping on a cloud.

I had bought 2 in twin size that I was very pleased with. This one was full size but it just isn't as good, seems soft but just goes flat when you lay on it so rather than soften the bed it makes it feel hard because it just flattens.

I bought this item on the premise that it was a cooling mattress topper. It’s not. It’s just a normal, very comfortable & supportive mattress topper. It seems durable, it retains its shape & is easy to spot clean if necessary. I knocked off a star for that reason the blatant lie about it being a cooling topper. I honestly don’t understand why all of these sellers on Amazon must lie to the public about the merchandise they offer. It looks to me like everyone is just out to rip others off? Gotta love it huh?
